I have been with this agency for about 6-7 years now. Dalgy (goes by D) is by far the best agent I have worked with. Comes with years of experience and has been consultatively helpful. I change my policy at least a few times an year, but never have they ever expressed any frustration :-)
Even if an agency down the street quotes a lower price, I would not switch because of the service I receive from them.

I have been working with this Allstate location since 2012 and have been extremely happy with my service. Staff and agents have all been so courteous and helpful!
I have requested many times for a direct call from agent. The staffing is terrible. No followup phone calls. When office manager states she will call back, there is no call back. Mr. Brown was my agent for many years and his business was personable. Noone there now cares about the individual to gain extra business and show interest in detail customer service.

The owner is never there. Only one person that seems to know the insurance business to answer your questions. Was with this company for over ten years. I had one claim for my roof and I had to pay a large amount due to having insurance that didn’t cover the complete replacement. Never had a meeting with me to explain my insurance coverage. They just kept renewing it every year. As my agent I expect your expertise to make sure I have the insurance I need. If I refuse what you recommend then that’s my fault. But I never was counseled just sent a renewal every year. I changed companies.

Great customer service and ease of use of mobile app...very satisfied..
Not happy with my policy. Update 12/02/2022: I was wrong on the service provided by Mr Brabham staff, they really put their best foot forward on helping me get my policy corrected. I am well pleased with the overall outcome. 👍🏽👍🏽and raise my review star to 5.
Excellent customer service......mary ann is the best!!!!! she is very knowledgeable,honest,personable,and last but certaintly least she put together a better policy at a lower price than any other insurance provider!!!!!! 5 stars !!!!
Laura Fouts and her team have been great to work with since our move from out of state. They have been patient, friendly, and professional helping with all the new insurances we needed here.

10/25/22 I been trying to reach out to Mr Herman Burroughs Allstate he has been ignoring my emails and calls
Very unprofessional they need to remove a negative balance that I don’t owe he told me and Mrs Latrea Walters that suppose to be remove but they just ignoring me !
Hopefully by sending a message to Allstate corporate they will act on it. How they going to say that you are in good hands ?
My experience with Allstate I’m still waiting for Mr. Herman to call me with issues that I having with one of they agent I had call twice he never reply to my email back or call me
