I have been with Herman, I would say 20 yrs or more. He is the ultimate Professional, he always will help if and when you have questions. He will always let you know what is going on. In this day of all the texting and e-mailing, I can pick up the telephone and if he is not available at that time. I know for a fact within a 24hrs window, I will get a call back. I will be with ALLSTATE as long as he is my Insurance Agent.

Started out with Mr. Johnny Maddox and was always impressed with the service I received, now I have Marc and nothing has changed. Still the most helpful and courteous agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seeing as how most of the time there is a situation when you have to call your insurance agent that says a lot. Kim in the office is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist you in anything you need. There might be cheaper companies but you cannot beat the service here.

I have been with Mr. Maddox for 20+ years. The only issue I have had is last year I filed for the first time ever a claim on my Homeowners policy. They were not very pleasant but it was done. I had paid approximately $110 a month and it was raised to over $150!!! Mr. Maddox never even let me know. I just felt like I should have been warned. Otherwise he and his staff are wonderful! I recommend him to everyone I know
