I have been with Herman, I would say 20 yrs or more. He is the ultimate Professional, he always will help if and when you have questions. He will always let you know what is going on. In this day of all the texting and e-mailing, I can pick up the telephone and if he is not available at that time. I know for a fact within a 24hrs window, I will get a call back. I will be with ALLSTATE as long as he is my Insurance Agent.
Herman has been my agent for many many years. He has always been very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. It is because of Herman and his staff that I've remained with Allstate. We need more agents like him for sure.
Marc and his team organized all my insurance on a comprehensive package covering property and liability risks at efficient cost. They review status and provide honest feedback to adjust as needed, either for prevention and catastrophe. One stop for all my insurance needs. They are wonderful and we feel protected. Started out with Mr. Johnny Maddox and was always impressed with the service I received, now I have Marc and nothing has changed. Still the most helpful and courteous agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seeing as how most of the time there is a situation when you have to call your insurance agent that says a lot. Kim in the office is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist you in anything you need. There might be cheaper companies but you cannot beat the service here.
I have been with Mr. Maddox for 20+ years. The only issue I have had is last year I filed for the first time ever a claim on my Homeowners policy. They were not very pleasant but it was done. I had paid approximately $110 a month and it was raised to over $150!!! Mr. Maddox never even let me know. I just felt like I should have been warned. Otherwise he and his staff are wonderful! I recommend him to everyone I know
Great Allstate agent. Office staff is friendly on the phone and very helpful. They have assisted with many difficult years of auto coverage with my teenage drivers. Prices are good, coverage is good. Highly recommend.
I was with another company for 8 years that lacked customer service. I moved to the Woodlands and called Mr. Maddox office and have been very happy. The office was extremely helpful and I like the way always in touch via emails.
I deal with Maria Trujillo at least 3-4 times a year for all of my insurance needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly easy to work with. Although she has been in the insurance business for well over 15 years, she has a way to explain things in a way that the every day guy like me can understand. She is one of the few people that I have met that truly puts the customers needs first!
