Cynthia Gurley is a joy to work with. Not only did she help us save money (around $1500 for both policies), her patience in answering my questions was much appreciated. Best as I can remember my husband and I have had Allstates since 1977. Any claims we had were paid promptly. I recently retired and was looking for cost savings. Marc set me up with Drive Wise which helped. I do recommend their agency!

Michelle went above and beyond to help me make the switch to Marc Maddox Allstate to bundle my home and auto insurance. I talked with her on the phone several times and via email while I was doing my research, and she answered my MANY questions for two weeks before I made the decision to switch. She never pressured me and always interacted with me in a patient and professional manner. I have recently spoken with several agencies across different insurance companies who all made me feel like a number with constant pushes to "close the deal." (Which is exactly why I had put off shopping for insurance!) Michelle's excellent customer service skills are the reason I chose this agency. In the long run, she saved me some money, but in the big picture, she helped me protect my home and vehicles with proven, reliable and trustworthy insurance that gives me priceless peace of mind.

The staff is amazing and always very helpful, friendly and courteous. Merrianne Rodriguez was very helpful when assisting me with my policy needs. I highly recommend going to them for all your insurance needs.
