Update 07/20/2024:

Applewhite Dental Arts is still the absolute BEST!! I started coming here in 2020 when I wrote my initial review and the service and treatment I receive here is still top notch. I absolutely love and thank Dr. Pournik for everything that she does when it comes to my dental needs and health. Walking into the office and encountering Jazia and Simone with their big smiles and beautiful personalities is awesome. Jazia and Simone are also very attentive and returns calls in a timely manner. The staff in the back remains wonderful, attentive and informative as usual. My son is thirteen now so hopefully he can also be seen by Dr. Pournik. Overall, Applewhite Dental Art is still the dental office you need to visit for your dental needs.

2020:

Great dentist and staff!! Everyone in the office from the young ladies at the front to the staff in the back is very professional and is a joy to deal with. Dr. Pournik is very honest and awesome at what she does which isn't common with some dentists. She goes over every treatment with you which allows you to know what is being done and ask any questions or concerns which she answers thoroughly. Hands down the best dentist I've been to.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever experienced! They treated me for a severe infection quickly and the care, knowledge and extra effort provided was phenomenal. The entire staff from the receptionist to the assistants and Dr. Pournik herself are all amazing. This is a very caring and loving environment that provides amazing, top notch service and expertise. They have also remembered me from my first visit which has made me feel welcomed and seen every time. They don’t treat you like just another patient. 10/10!!!

The entire staff at Applewhite Dental have always treated me with the utmost care and interest. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. That speaks volumes about Dr. Pournik. She has created a friendly, caring work environment that shows by how the staff treats the patrons. In addition, I'm very satisfied with the dental procedures and cleanings I have received. At the age of 64, I just began my year-long journey into clear align braces. The interest and care I am receiving during this process is top notch. I highly recommend using the services of Dr. Pournik and her staff.

I suffer from major dental anxiety, but each time I go to Applewhite Dental Arts I feel well taken care of and I am able to relax. I trust the team there; each time they work on my teeth they do a fantastic job. I've experienced care from a routine cleaning to oral surgery and the outcomes have been great. Best dentist place I've been to. The employees there are very welcoming and patient. They make sure my needs are taken care of and explain throughly what is going to be done. I got my braces here and am so glad I did I definitely recommend going here for your dental needs.

Her staff was very welcoming, her lead assistant was great and very gentle with me. I came in as a walk in and was able to get my issue fixed that same day.
My only issue was that I felt like I was treated differently by the doctor as soon as declined other treatment planned that just wasn’t in my budget. I plan on returning for a full exam soon, to discuss the crown that I got since it’s feeling weird and I didn’t really like that I wasn’t shown the crown prior to being cemented nor was an X-ray taken to make sure it fit. The crown feels a little big on me, esthetically the crown looks good. I’m really trying to love this office. We will see how my next visit goes and if they can fix the issue.

I have been visiting AppleWhite Dental Arts for as long as 10 years for my dental work. Dr Hedieh Pournick has been a 10/10 to me and many people I have referred over the years (family and friends) She change my smile years back to greatness and to say the least she is hands down the best option if you are thinking on changing yours. From small check ups or Cleanings to major dental procedures I can testify on her and her staff professionalism!!

This office has the whole package. Everyone is professional AND caring. From the moment you step foot inside to when you sit in the chair. Like a duck on water, everyone is working hard to cater to you but you wouldn’t know on the surface.
Dr. Pournik takes the time to get to know you and give you a treatment plan that is specific to your needs, not hers. ( Something you’ll find out is rare in the dental world!!)
Go schedule your cleaning or if you need more advance work- see her. Ive had no better care than hers!!!
