Very disappointing experience. When I requested proof of insurance for a customer, the staff was dismissive and uncooperative. They instructed the customer to call directly, but then failed to answer his call or provide the needed document. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness made it extremely difficult to resolve the issue. I hope the agency improves its communication and customer support processes in the future. This is not the first time this happens.

It’s my first time with Auto Express Insurance, pricing is really good for auto and rente’s insurance but
The service not so great!
I referred a my parents to get renter’s insurance for a business but the lady who talked to them over the phone wasn’t nice at all, the raised her voice in a not very friendly way. Due to the lady’s attitude they decided to look for another place to get an insurance
I was very disappointed .
A month later a bought a car and wanted to add it to my current insurance but the lady was very rude even though I was very sweet to her, she kept her rude attitude.
Don’t understand their bad attitude with the clients over the phone

Hi Aura, we have all calls recorded and we did listen to the call. We apologize if you thought our agents voice was rude, she wasn’t trying to be rude. She was trying to help you get the quote you needed, we are still waiting for the VIN number to be sent to us via text message so we can quote you on both liability and full coverage as you requested
