This is my second review for this company. After leaving a honest review I got a call from Mireya on 8/16/23 explaining her personal problems and threatening to sue me and my business for leaving a review!! (I have the voicemail) I removed the review feeling I might have been too harsh with my honest experience. I now am having issues with one of my contractors I work with due to the fact that my policy was canceled for a month because they failed to give me the renewal notice. I came to learn that for the last 4 years of me working with them they have had the wrong email address this is the reason I was not notified. any time I call they are never there or on lunch or rush to get off the phone. My father used to have his insurance with them as well but has switched to a more professional insurance provider. I also came to learn our second policy I have with them for a different business was also cancelled. After asking if we had coverage they wouldn’t answer, What they then did was open a new policy without all of my partners approval. I then called the office and left a voicemail on 8/19/23 asking for a call back to resolve this issue and cancel my policy and get our money back that we have with them to open a new policy with our new Insurance agent. I still have not gotten a call back. After dealing with repeated issues I would suggest people to look around for a different company that can provide a better experience. I will update if I get a response from Mireya .

Very great service! Mireya is always there to help me out whenever I need anything, very efficient always getting the job done.
Horrible very unprofessional takes them months too provide insurance certificates. Mireya curses when you speak with her and has really bad anxiety. She also has her son representing himself as an agent and is not. This company seems takes there personal problems too work and takes it out on their customers. Very happy we switched. Take my advice it's worth paying a lititle more to have a professional company.

At Contractors insurance , they are very professional, and at the same time you are treated like family, great prices, and great customer service I refer friends all the time and they are happy , so yes I will recommend
