I’m an international student from Taiwan, and I highly recommend Monica! She kindly guided us to know everything regarding our insurance policy when we just came to TX. At that time, we didn’t have any experience and not sure what we should do. However, we feel comfortable when Monica took care everything for us. Overall, she is reliable and worth to trust.

Easy access from I-10 and Hwy 99. The building is nice and appears to be new. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with Liberty Mutual as my insurance provider.

Just experienced an accident, client representative was extremely nice and professional. All my questions were answered and moved at an amazing speed to handle the claims and taking care of the vehicle. If you see a rating of less than 5, I would question the writer, I have never had any issues with this branch, everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous.

Customer service sucks I am for A short while until I find better rates a customer service is horrible and the bad thing about it is that they dont even try to be any better and you can never to talk to your actual agent because they are never available .
