They do not answer their phones. Drove to the ER within 5 minutes after trying to call them. The receptionist was sleep in the waiting room. Told her I needed to speak to the doctor because my illness got worse. She pretty much told me no. Bad service not worth your money.

My cousin was very ill and after waiting over an hour at Houston Northwest we left and decided to come to this ER, which is conveniently located across the street. After filling out some quick paperwork we were brought immediately to a room. The receptionist, Amanda, was very helpful. The nurse, Christine, was very nice. My cousin was seen quickly, got his test results the same visit, and felt better when we left. Dr. Nguyen explained everything well and great bedside manner. This is by far the best ER experience EVER!! We will recommend to all our friends. Thank you!!
