I must say that I had a great experience at Encompass HRH. From the time I stepped out of the vehicle and they took me in, everyone was so nice to me. The staff was so professional and was very concerned about my situation. They took real good care of me.the hospital is so large and clean! I enjoyed the scenery there because every direction you turn, there are landscaping and animals like bird, ducks, frogs of different species and squirls playing on the premises! It kind of make you feel like you're at an enclosed mimi animal park! Very Relaxing! The kitchen staff was very pleasant and helpful with my food suggestions, and l like how snacks was delivered after hours to insure you won't be hungry throughout the night. The food was better than other hospital I've been in. Could use a little tweeking like cooking the grits longer and making them a little creamier. Also, if the persons who delivers the food could get it to you a little faster so it would be still hot enough! It would be great! Like I said, no one is perfect and doing the best they can, makes all the difference! The nurses was even willing to reheat my food without reservation. I can't express how well the therapy department helped me and was so patient about my pain! The doctors came to visit to help understand my questions about what I needed and my concerns. The case manager was so sweet and caring! She made me feel like I was a family member! I can't say anything negative about the staff because no one is perfect, but the two or three problems I may have had with getting my pain meds on time (1-hr. late) was understandable and was addressed in a timely manner. Even the patients was friendly to me and I even made a couple of friends at Encompass! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who ask! I also will even refer people who don't ask! Keep up the good work Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital! You are the best and other should follow your lead! 💯😄😀😃🥰😍 May God continue to bless all of you! 🙏🙏🙏

I am giving Encompass Rehailiation 5 stars because I was very impressed with their parent care. There were somethings I didn't like but for the most part my experience with them was very good. The staff was caring and helpful. I was treated with respect and prompt care was given when needed. I had complet hip replacement surgery.
What I didn't like was the food. I think there could be a big improvement there. I don't think I was informed ahead of time what to expect from their facility although it all came out ok in the end.
I am glad I went there and I am grateful for their help in my recovery plan.

I want to commend Carol, social worker/case manager for the outstanding services she provided during the transition of care of one of her patients. She called and communicated effectively each step of the way until the patient was successfully transitioned to the next level of care . She even called on a Saturday which was her day off to ensure I was having everything was needed. This is dedication and compassion rarely found these days. Thank you Carol for your exceptional professionalism and care you showed for Mr. A in his transition to ALF.

This facility is the absolute BEST! From Top to Bottom, the staff was very professional and delivered excellent services throughout our mother's stay. Not one staff member was unprofessional or unkind! The response time was always immediate and the staff consistently checked on our mother to ensure she was always okay. We received test results very quickly and always told the next steps. The Rehab department is EXCEPTIONAL too. All of the therapists were kind, professional and focused on our mother meeting her goals. This facility is the standard for how ALL Rehab facilities should operate. The Case Manager and Administration also checked on us routinely to ensure we as a family were satisfied with the services. ANSWER: We are extremely satisfied and very grateful to God that our mother was able to receive services at this EXCEPTIONAL facility. ENCOMPASS HEALTH deserves a 10-plus for the caring and professional services rendered to our mother during her 2-week stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS facility for your loved one. Staff, Blessings to each of you! YOU ARE THE BEST!

What an amazing rehabilitation hospital! From the drs to the nurses to the pa’s…. Everyone is very attentive and trained very well!!! The food is always delicious! I could go on and on.. My Father in law just loves this place! He has been treated so well I think it’s gonna be hard to get him to leave. Thanks Encompass Health for taking great care of him!

I have to admit, both me and my mother were impressed with the facility. Everything went well and my mother was cared for well. There were however miscommunication with the transportation, although with some tweaking it can be improved. I give this location a 5 out of 5 stars based on our experience, however with that said life truly is what you make of it. Plant bad seeds you get bad crops but the goods seeds will feed the community. Everyone can make a difference, no matter how big or small in the end they all add up. Thank you for your service, and best of luck to all of you be well.

Not a recent patient, but I can’t say enough good things about it. From the administrator down to the staff. Very caring with a great PT department. Have experienced them three times and would go back again if necessary.

What an awesome place. Each room has a progress board with their pledge of Comfort, professionalism and respect and they delivered exactly that each and every day. Each team member had a part in helping me get stronger but a few stood out.
1)Nate- The first member of the physicatl therapy team that I met and he was professional and thorough but he was an especially nice guy.We shared an emotional moment when I took some steps without assistance and it was obvious how much he cared.
2)Lisa- I first met her when she was tasked with helping me shower as part of my occupational therapy. She went above and beyond her job duties to help me me and I appreciate her help immensely. She cares about her patients and has an awesome personality that I appreciated being in a hospital type setting.
3) Alexis- She was my nurse on several occasions and she definitely stood out with her compassionate and thorough care.She loves her job and does it well.
4)Carol- Was my case manager and from the beginning I could tell she not only loved her job but she did it well. She kept me informed on my case at all times and helped facilitate my discharge to avoid inclement weather that was supposed to happen the day I was supposed to leave.
5) Dr. Majewski- This guy is everywhere dang near every day. He makes a point of checking in with his patients face to face not by phone and not by sending someone else to see how we were doing. He's the kind of guy I want as my Dr he took the time to check on all of his patients and listened to any concerns we may have had.
Everyone that I dealt with was very kind and helpful but these folks I mentioned really made my stay a positive one.
When I was checking out I was taken by one of the gyms to ring the bell and after I did there was a group of therapists doing their follow up ,they all clapped but Nate and Lisa came over and gave me a hug and shook my hand while giving me a few last words of encouragement which I appreciated a lot more than they probably know. I had already decided to say something here before this moment about Nate and Lisa and this showed why they really helped me more than they know.
I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical or occupational therapy they care about their patients.
I was always treated like like a person not just a number which is rare.
