This is my new go to shop! I took my Audi A3 to get the intake valves cleaned as well as replace my PCV valve. My car is driving better than ever. It definitely got back all the power it was missing after 130k miles.

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re glad we could help get your Audi A3 running strong again. The intake valve cleaning and PCV replacement can make a big difference, especially around the 130k mile mark, so it’s great to hear the power is back and the car is driving better than ever.

We truly appreciate your trust in Houston Car Garage and look forward to helping you with any future maintenance or repairs!
Finding a truly honest, skilled, and reliable mechanic these days is like trying to find a unicorn with a tool belt. I’ve been to dozens of shops over the years, most either overcharge, underdeliver, or both. Kevin? He’s a rare gem in a sea of overpriced guesswork.
He knows cars inside and out, explains everything clearly, and charges more than fair prices. He’s saved me thousands in repairs — no exaggeration. If you want your car fixed right the first time without getting taken for a ride (unless it's a test drive), go see Kevin. Seriously, this is the shop you've been wishing existed.
Kevin the owner is great! He cares about his customers and is always looking to help them out! He is honest, professional and trustworthy! If you’re looking for great service and good price definitely come here! I highly recommend this place! Me and my wife will definitely be coming back!
These guys were very fair, professional, and attentive! Answered my questions fully and did an awesome job taking care of my pride and joy! I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the near future.
I asked few shops in Richmond for quotes for exhaust work and many came in with high prices. I took my car to Houston Car Garage and I’m more than happy with their work. Luis one of the owners finished replacing the exhaust in few hours and everything turned out great.
I would definitely take my car there to have him work on it. Very trustworthy and reliable person.
The team at Houston Car Garage did a great job installing my lift kit, rock sliders and skid plates on my 2024 OBW. The lift kit came with one defective bolt and they were more than patient waiting for the new part. Don't judge a book by its cover, these guys know what they're doing. I will use them again and refer them to my friends.
I took my car for an oil change finished in a timely manner. While being there I told Luis about a sound I was hearing from front of vehicle, he test drove it and found the problem right away, ordered parts and fixed the problem. Would definetely recommend this shop to anyone ,very professional and knowleadgeable .
Came in to get a carbon cleaning, fuel pump replacement, and water pump/thermostat housing replacement for my GTI. Luis was very helpful and took care of my car. Quick turnaround, very professional. Would definitely come back again! Thanks guys.
