I have stop here couple of times for low tired etc. morning guys are amazing and friendly and honestly i feel they are more honest than the evening personnel. I stop to get a tired replace and was interested on using the snap finance but turns out that they will adjust the prices higher and try to explain how it work but i completely understand of how it works and in my personal opinion i did consider a rip off/ fraud. And will not recommend or stop by this location honestly read the reviews before because they are ripping people off.

Got 2 used tires. One lasted a month. But they claim it's the best price you'll find. No wonder why. I'd suggest finding another place to get tires from.

I had a blow out on 45 with my kids inside...made it to Franks and they fixed me up with a new tire and sent us on our way... Everyone was so nice and the tire price was reasonable...thanks guys
Good place. They charge the men more for any work. If you're a lady and come here for help, you'lk be treated pretty well. Fellas, you will pay an extra 5 or 10 bucks in comparison. They don't seem to care or think people notice.
These people are honest and have good services and good prices. I needed someone to come out to my house to replace 2 flat tires, they were there in less than 30 minutes and did the job in a fast, efficient manner. Thank you! Definitely recommend them :)
My two rear tires needed replacing. The tread was to its bare minimum. After I explained to the attendant I needed used tires, he came back after about 2 minutes or so and showed me a tire (used) he said would cost me $65.00 each or $132.00 for both tires. While this place has gotten "4.0 " combined reviews, I believe some of them are fabricated. The glowing experience that is given of this place is not my experience. The attendant after I vehemently expressed my disapproval of his cost, told me "how much you have?" I don't see why I had to tell you what I'm willing to spend verses your just offering stellar prices in the first place. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is in the last stages of their vehicle's tires needing replacement.

The service was was the best on 2/17/2018 I needed a tire I called and they waited on me to come when they were closed and still took care of me in less than 5 mins.
I have just encountered the best business, customer experience, and overall satisfaction here at FRANK tireshop. Better than any other industry experience that I have EVER encountered.
So here's the story....(MUST READ)
I needed a new tire so I call around and come across this shop. I call in immediately ask for Frank, (after saying that he is busy) she proceeds to get him.
I ask him for the tire size to see if he has it in stock. He said he only had it new but would offer me the low price of $70... which was what I was expecting to pay for a used one, so I said OK.
After getting to the shop, Frank begins to look at the wear in my tires and ASKS if I would like to flip the opposite one to get more life out of it (notice he didn't sell me new one)
ALREADY satisfied I agree, hey he's saving me money right? 🙂
Unfortunately as he's putting on the tire it rips 😞 because of the wear already caused.... WITHOUT HESITATION he replaces it with ANOTHER brand new tire. Comes out, tells me what happened (I was not ready to pay for two tires)
He doesn't even mention the sale. He told me it ripped while they were adding air.. so he just went ahead and replaced it.. a free tire. He said don't worry man, just help me with some customers..
FEELING LIKE I WAS JUST TAKEN CARE OF AT THE MOST EXPENSIVE RESTAURANT.. I shook his hand and told him to keep doing things the way he does. Going ABOVE and BEYOND in any business will make it thrive.. I 1000X recommend this place to everyone, anytime you need a tire, think of Frank!
(Then only charges me $50 for the tire I had originally asked for) KUDOS FRANK... KUDOS
Had my front right tire replaced 2 weeks ago. Today I had a huge air pocket between the tread and rubber. Franks Tire Shop gave me a faulty tire would NOT recommend this place to anyone! ( plus the cost was a bit high ) but it was the closest place from where i had a flat.
