I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle, and I truly appreciate Gona and all of her help throughout the entire process! She was friendly, patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She answered my questions, never made me feel pressured or rushed, and made what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting.

There was a price difference between what I had originally seen advertised and the dealership’s listed price, and I really appreciated that the original advertised price was honored. Gona handled everything professionally, and that went a long way in building my trust and making me feel comfortable moving forward with my purchase.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Gona listened and respected my decisions instead of trying to push me toward something else. She made sure I felt confident throughout the process and genuinely seemed excited for me when everything came together.

I had a great experience working with my Sales Gona.She was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, worked with me on the price, and made sure I was comfortable with the deal before moving forward.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Gillman Acura. From start to finish, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

Tylan Hubbard was our sales representative, and he was exceptional throughout the entire process. His communication, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly stood out. The experience extended beyond the sales process, with the finance, service, and parts departments all providing the same high level of professionalism and support.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Gillman Acura to anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. If you visit, be sure to ask for Tylan Hubbard. He will take great care of you!

I had my first service experience there since getting my new Acura 6 months ago...What a great service experience! They had me in and out in one hour...(which included washing my car!) Kwadwo Mensah (idk how to properly pronounce his name and I’m sorry I don’t know) is an excellent service advisor here at this dealership. I came in for some service on an Acura rdx and he did an excellent job at inspecting the vehicle, recommending the services needed for the vehicle and executing the services in a timely manner. He did a phenomenal job and he was a tried and true expert. I don’t know anyone else at the dealership so my opinion may be biased, but he’s the greatest service advisor here and I’ll make sure to see him, and only him because he did a wonderful job and I recommend him for anyone that needs service done to their Acura.

I had a fantastic car-buying experience from start to finish. Gona Rexhepi was an excellent sales representative who made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She was patient during the test drive and explained everything in detail.
Michael, the manager, guided us through all the paperwork efficiently and made the process stress-free. Everyone on the team was welcoming and incredibly patient—including the representative who helped me set up the app and walk through the vehicle’s features.
