Jewel provided an outstanding service experience at Honda. From the start, she is professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled smoothly. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and sense of urgency AND CARE. She treated my time as valuable and followed through on every commitment. It’s rare to find someone who combines great communication with strong execution, and Jewel truly delivered on both.

Just purchased a 2025 Honda pilot touring. Overall, a very good experience. They didn’t readily offer the Internet discount so be aware. But when showed the Internet price, they quickly gave me the discount. Called the salesman ahead of time. It was very impressed that he had the car waiting and washed out front waiting for me. I had a very specific model in stock number that I wanted. Financing was fine. They wouldn’t allow me to pay cash for it. I had to finance it. I plan to play it off almost immediately. So I really didn’t care what they gave me as far as payments or interest rate. I’ve had to do this in the past to receive discount? Not a problem. After finance, the salesman was waiting with the license plate and tools to install it. Our time was two hours door to door including test drive. Also, we traded in a 2016 pilot. I believe we got a fair price fairly quickly. Just some minor negotiating. Super happy about that. Call Jashua if you want a chill nice sales experience.
I take my S2000 out to Fort Bend for the service. It has been great. Josh and Sean did a fantastic job. I recommend this facility to anyone who is a serious fan of the car they drive and require the utmost care.

I wanna start off by saying thank you so much to Miss Destanny for helping me and having the faith encouraged and working with me on getting me a brand new 2025 Honda Civic she is one of the best and one of the understand person that can get the problem done. On the trip to the dealership, the car wants to get 48 miles to the gallon. Going home after a tune-up and carbon cleaning only get 42 mpg. Not what I was expecting. 2017 Honda Accord hybrid. Update I have a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid touring now. Old car was 38 mpg combined. Changed towns and updated car. Getting 42 mpg combined.

I have been to this location about 3-4 times. I really like the Fort Bend location. My wait is never over 1.5 hours. They are very thorough and communicate well. I like that they help me prioritize the necessary maintenance instead of pressuring me to get everything done at once.
Very clean, great customer service. All of the services managers I have experienced and are wonderful. Thank you for your great work at Gillman Honda Fort Bend.

Service representative was very friendly and courteous. The waiting area was a nice, clean waiting area available in the service department. It had numerous refreshments that allowed customers to be comfortable and relax while the service is being done on your vehicle. Last but not least, I received a complimentary car wash which I felt was a great added feature.
My service representative gave me some helpful tips as well when he brought my car to me. As a female not knowing much, I greatly appreciated those tips.. I truly had a great overall experience and look forward to returning for all my routine maintenance needs on my 2023 Honda Passport.
