STATE FARM Insurance helped me to apply for Flood Insurance and had it issued within a week. My previous Flood Insurance company charged my card and didn’t send me the Declaration page and policy I.D. I am grateful for the professional staff at James Whatley State Farm Insurance office!

During our current search for insurance we used a broker as well as contacting providers directly. Lisa L with State Farm is a breath of fresh air! It’s so nice to call and get a live person on the other end! Not only that, but she patiently explained all of our options with honesty and thoroughness.
