I had a great experience working with Diego Gomez at Joe Myers Ford. I recently purchased a used 2023 Ford f-250 and absolutely love it. We were able to make a price work out so both sides of the party were happy. Diego was very professional, communicated well, and was very helpful through the entire process. He even stayed with me until 11:30 that night to make sure i got in with the finance office and got everything done with them. The next day upon pick up, he had the truck detailed and filled up with diesel. Great customer service and a great experience with them. I HIGHLY recommend Diego!!

Amazing experience with Diego! As a first-time buyer, he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. He really worked with us, helped us out as much as he could, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, was very patient, and made everything quick and simple.

My sales representative, Mr. Anthony Frierson, was absolutely amazing. Even after I had given up on getting the vehicle, he didn’t give up on me. He found someone with more experience on the back end who knew what needed to be done to get me approved legitimately. Then Mr. Anthony called and said, “I’ve got good news—you can come get your car!” I couldn’t believe it! I drove away in a 2023 Hyundai Tucson, which was newer than I expected.

Mr. Royce Ballard in the finance department was extremely thorough. He caught important details that had accidentally been overlooked and corrected even the smallest issues that could have caused the loan to be kicked back. He also advised me on how to protect my vehicle and my investment. Even after I had agreed to everything, he went one step further and worked with the lender to lower my interest rate. That gave me a discount on the extra protection I added. It may seem small to someone else, but it meant so much to me.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience working with Miguel Bonilla. From the start, he was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection!
I just picked up my Ford Expedition yesterday, and I am already completely in love. It is incredibly spacious, remarkably smooth to drive, and feels so luxurious. Huge shoutout to my sales consultant, the management team, and the finance department—the entire crew was absolutely fantastic and professional from start to finish. Diego Gomez, really good salesman. Told him before I come in, I'm not going to waste my evening in a dealership. Also I have my own financing. Diego agreed, but he asked if they could get me a better interestrate than my bank gave. He got me a better interest rate! Diego had me out the dealership in about an hour with my 2022 ram 1500.
