They never even bothered to contact me back to start my new policy. I wasted over an hour with an agent at their Fairmont location providing them with details. With two new vehicles I needed full coverage. They were very unprofessional. They left me feeling like I was not good enough for them profiled. I don’t know what to think about the other reviews a big portion of the reviews look like they were written by one person? I highly recommend State Farm location on Spencer Highway.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ken Phelps State Farm for around 10 years, and they never seem to disappoint when it comes to great customer service. The office staff is very friendly and professional. As a recent college graduate, I had to get off my parents insurance policy and switch to something else. I walked into Ken Phelps- State Farm office and immediately I felt welcomed and taken care of. I have had insurance with Phelps at State Farm for many years. The customer service is great and everyone is always very helpful. The team here takes the time to explain the differences between policies and answered all of my questions. I have coverage here for both my house and car and would recommend anyone to Ken Phelps.
