I came in for my first visit on 7/17/25 for a mammogram due to me finding a lump in my breast about 2 months prior. I ended up needing a mammogram AND an ultrasound. The mammogram tech (whose name I can’t remember) and the ultrasound tech Rosemary were so kind! Dr. Ortiz was also very kind and discussed my ultrasound findings and explained that I needed a biopsy. I came back for the biopsy on 7/24/25 and my visit was nothing less than great! I was so nervous and anxious, as this was my first biopsy, ever. My RN, Ms. Grace was so sweet and understanding. She gave me encouraging words and let me know that everything would be okay and she would be there with me for it all. I was happy to see Rosemary as my ultrasound tech again. Dr. Carril came in and explained everything clearly, laughed, joked, and talked to me the entire way through. I felt no pain or discomfort. Today, 7/25/25 Ms. Grace called to check on me and that is greatly appreciated! So to my care team, THANK YOU!
Hello, I'm Cuban. From my experience, I come from a country where public healthcare is plagued by problems, shortages, and a sad reality. When I was diagnosed with cancer, my family and I felt depressed, desperate, and saddened by insurance problems and clinics that wouldn't accept me. Finally, to my complete relief, this clinic took me in quickly, and I began this battle surrounded by a great team of doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff. This clinic is truly a wonderful experience. I feel calm and safe. It's a facility that welcomes you with respect and kindness, just what we need when we're diagnosed with this disease. I feel incredibly grateful to be in the hands of Dr. Thompson, my surgeon and a wonderful human being; my oncologist, Dr. Rimawi; Dr. Silvia, my oncologist; each of the nurses; the doctors at the Margot study, of which I am a member; María Ramírez, with her great kindness; and Dr. Mulatísima, as we say in my country, with her great joy, understanding, and responsibility, and always with her big smile. They are all special, truly dedicated to their work, providing not only medical but also emotional support when I've needed it. I also thank the lab staff and the chemotherapy ward, who every Monday put in their best effort to make this process easier. I give infinite thanks to the entire team. I know there's not much longer to go before I win this battle, and I thank God first and foremost for placing me in this wonderful place. Thank you all, and keep up the good work, giving life. I went to your location for a mastectomy for breast cancer yesterday and I just want to say, "Thank You!" You handled a cranky, thirsty, hungry, caffeine deprived, frustrated, frightened patient - and her family members - with dignity, honor, patience, compassion and respect. From the valet to the intake, the nurses, techs, charge nurse, chaplain, anesthesiologist to post op - all of you were top notch, a credit to the industry. If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely would.
The staff for outpatient services was very professional. I received excellent care, that one on one service. From the time I checked in until I was released, the service was outstanding. Everything was so personal, I highly recommend their service. Dr.Raja is also a very good doctor. The anesthesiologist explained what she would be doing and made me comfortable, so I felt I was in good hands. The rooms are clean and nice size very relaxing. I highly highly recommend this location. I enjoy great service !
My mom and I absolutely love all the nurses and staff on the fifth floor. We feel like family when we go twice monthly and let’s not forget the best valet service ever. I see their dedication and compassion when helping patients out of their cars. Extremely friendly and so courteous. Thank you all for your compassion!!
Review concerns endoscopy center on 3rd floor. A very nice and new facility that is professionally staffed. Every person I encountered was kind and caring - from RNs, CRNAs, to the physicians. Their equipment is all top of the line and brand new. I would recommend them to anyone needing a colonoscopy or other endoscopic procedure.
