This hotel is awesome, the breakfast is fantastic and it connects internally to the galleria mall which is loaded with high class stores. Never had a bad experience here, parking garage is free too. My #1 choice in Houston!

Wonderful hotel, clean, welcoming especially our Breakfast Hostess Brenda. Always a pleasure to see her shining face. Brenda's breakfast was delicious and she made the hotel feel like home. Will miss seeing Miss Brenda, she the best.
One of the best experiences we ever had loved it feel like I was on vacation. Prices were very reasonable, very clean, establishment organized, and great customer service.

The hotel was EXTREMELY NICE. I liked how everything was neat, organized and CLEAN! We needed to stay here after we had issues with our AC and RAQUEL was very PROFESSIONAL. Definitely will come again, she took great care of us. Thankyou RAQUEL for being so NICE. You made a difference. Thanks for being understanding and having a sense of urgency.
Plus, they had great oatmeal with all the great toppings. Complimtary breakfast.
VERY HAPPY
I booked this hotel through trivago and when we got there I realized that I needed to book an additional room because we needed another bed. It was me, my husband, my two sons, and my stepdaughter (my husband’s daughter) so we booked an additional room through Residence Inn. Treniece at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind through this little mix up on my end. She booked us an additional room and our rooms were next to each other. Treniece was also very knowledgeable every time I came to the front desk with a question or request.
The rooms were fine. We had no complaints. There was a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and bathroom. The bed was a little small to me because I’m used to a king size but it was no big deal.
The hot tub was hot enough. I’ve stayed in other hotels where the hot tub was only lukewarm warm. This one was the perfect temperature. Also, the housekeeping ladies did a great job cleaning our room everyday.
I was very sceptical about staying here, and booked it without reading the Google reviews but it was too late to cancel, however i didn’t need to be worried. I wrote in before to ask for a room that would be roach free (not sure if that helped) but I found the staff to be helpful, the rooms to and clean and the bed to be comfortable. I didn’t see any roaches in the room at all, and no bugs for that matter. The room was spotless and the kitchen very well stocked. For the price you pay this is a great option. It didn’t feel unsafe, it didn’t stink of weed, the other guests were perfectly nice. The gym is basic but you’re paying $120 a night what do you expect! The breakfast was a nice bonus, but there weren’t many vegan options (not a problem because it was basic anyway). I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to sleep and base yourself whilst in Houston. Sure, it’s not luxury but you’re staying at a Residence Inn, not the Post Oak!
I stayed at the hotel two weeks for business. My room was spacious for my use and very clean. The staff is very helpful. I didn't eat breakfast much but when I did, it was fine. The hotel was conveniently located and the neighborhood felt safe. I was very happy with my stay.
