The one thing that I like the MOST about Phoenix IFS is the warm and personal treatment they offer me every single time. When I call or go to their office, very kind employees are ready to personally help me, geniously ask me about my family and my precious dog. It really makes me feel that they care about me and that I am not just one number in their system!!!
I also like that they try to find me the best quote possible with the most reliable insurance companies in the market.

Hi,
Last year I requested a homeowners policy quote from Phoenix. To my surprise the quote was materially less than the policy I had. Consequently I am now their customer. Since then I have had two occasions which required Phoenix personnel involvement and again I was surprise a the friendly, courteous and helpful assistance. I could not be more pleased.

Excellent customer service. My preferred method of communication is via email and the staff their do an awesome job replying to me in a timely matter. Going above and beyond answering random and very generic questions for ALL my insurance needs. I have several policies with this wonderful company and have never had an issue with getting claims taken care of. Very knowledgeable, honest and reliable service. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking coverage or even just a quote.
