I had such a wonderful experience with the whole team. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and truly cared for. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and showed so much kindness and professionalism throughout the entire visit. What could have been a stressful appointment turned into a very positive experience because of them. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommend this amazing team!

I had an amazing experience at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital.

When I first scheduled my surgery, I was a little skeptical because of how far the location was from my home but I decided to go forward anyway. As a practicing Christian, I prayed over everything the facility, the staff, and the procedure. I can truly say that God exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The culture of the clinic, the mannerisms of the staff, and their patience stood out immediately. Every single person I encountered gave me exactly what I needed on such a nerve-wracking day.

The front desk staff was kind and pleasant, setting the tone right away. My nurse was absolutely wonderful, funny, personable, patient, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable and cared for (I loved her!).

The anesthesiologist and his assistant were also incredible knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. We even had a short conversation where he took the time to teach me a few things, which I truly appreciated.

If I had to give a score out of 10, I would give them a 100. My experience was that exceptional. I sincerely hope every patient who walks through their doors receives the same level of care I did because it made all the difference for me.

My experience with Tops Surgical Center was exceptional from start to finish. The process began smoothly with check-in, where Patty at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. During my pre-operative visit, Suzanne was thorough and attentive, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. I also appreciated the assistance provided by the business office staff in arranging my payment.

On the day of my procedure, I was cared for by Emma, a nurse who was both kind and compassionate, which helped put me at ease. The entire surgical team, including the anesthesiologist, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise.

I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would confidently recommend this center to my family and friends. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

My experience at the surgical center was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made everything feel organized and stress-free right away.

Pat, my Pre-Op nurse, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. She took wonderful care of me, never rushed through anything, and made sure to check on me frequently to ensure I was comfortable. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference.

The anesthesia staff was also amazing—super bubbly, friendly, and reassuring. They helped ease any anxiety I had and made me feel calm and well cared for.

Overall, the entire team created such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived until the end of my visit, the care, professionalism, and compassion from everyone at the surgical center were outstanding. I’m very grateful for such a great experience.

My experience at this facility was awesome. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, professional, attentive and most helpful. I was really surprised when they call to check on me days later following my procedure. I highly recommend and will use again if need be. Great staff of professionals. Morgan was exceptional nurse and did a wonderful job of starting my IV without any pain whatso ever and bedside manner.

The nurse that assisted me in pre-op was fabulous, kind, patient and very helpful to ease my fears. After surgery I was admitted to a room and the RN Fonda was exceptional all day, very attentive and helped with finding out the answers to my questions. PT Lenny was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful as I learned to use the walker. She taught me great body mechanics in a way that was easy to process, she helped me more in 45 minutes than my previous primary Dr. The front desk lady helped me both day and was professional. I had a great experience at this hospital and I am glad that my Dr. uses this hospital. The 2nd shift RN Effie was very kind and professional through out the night.

My husband had carpal tunnel surgery at TOPS on March 26, 2026. We have nothing but praise for this Surgical Center. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. He had previously had this surgery on his left arm at this facility with Dr. Shar, so It was a no-brainer in choosing Dr. Shar when he developed pain in his right arm. Lauren and Caitlin, RNs, were so competent and compassionate. We were so pleased with the care. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's names, but everyone we came into contact with delivered excellent care. Don't hesitate at all with this surgical center. It is top notch!

I felt so at ease here. Annie, Flo, and the nurse assistants were incredibly kind to me. The kitchen staff was also wonderful. It was time to head home to finish my recovery, but I would definitely suggest this facility. Thank you all for your help during this tough time in my recovery.

Second entry. It's one dissappeared.
My entire process was above standards.
The check in staff was professional, treated me with respect abd courtesy.
RN staff were all excellent. Answered my questions, treated me with respect, very organized. Operating room very organized and clean. The whole staff really took care and followed safety standards and respected my privacy. MS Hernandez, Anithesia was superb. Charming and so enthusiastic about her job.

I had minor surgery at this facility a few days ago. EVERY aspect of this procedure was top notch from check-in at the front desk all the way to getting wheeled out after discharge.

The medical staff was incredibly professional and friendly with a wonderful bed-side manner. Grace initially worked up my admittance and she was AWESOME! I regret I don't remember their names, but there was a tech who drew blood, my anesthesiologist, and the two OR nurses...ALL of them were phenomenal!!

What a great team of medical professionals!!
