I reported a problem with drivewise which was solved later on in the day. However, the person she spoke to over the phone, I don't think he knew what he was talking about in some cases.
Jose was wonderful!!! He helped my family tremendously and made a previously bad experience with the on-line customer service group so much better.He was patient and understanding and stayed on the call well past closing to finish our policy. His commitment to provide exemplary customer service was truly appreciated and I will be referring family and friends to this office going forward!

I already had my home insurance policy with Brabham. They gave me a quote for my auto policy lower than what I was paying at another insurance company.
By moving my auto insurance to Allstate, I was able to also save money on my home insurance.
Plus everyone I've dealt with are friendly and professional.

I’m currently switching my homeowners insurance due to finding a lower rate elsewhere, but I wanted to leave a review because Rileigh Diaz has been outstanding to work with. Throughout my time with Allstate, they have always been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Even during the cancellation process, they’ve been courteous and easy to work with. While pricing ultimately led me to make a change, the customer service I received from Rileigh was excellent, and I truly appreciate all of her help
This place is literally trash they would not answer phone calls,emails,voicemails and would lie to you (Iris Sotelo and Debra Ross) to keep your business I still have my policies here but will ask to transfer or take my business somewhere else!
