Allstate has been servicing my parents for many many years. I can always count on receiving excellent service when I call in. I would like to acknowledge Kim for her exceptional customer service she provides me each and every time I call in to ask questions about my Dad's Homeowners or Auto Policy. My Mom passed in 2015. (Very sad). My Dad is elderly and needs a little more help these days and Kim is always able to help me get all the answers I need. I am very protective of my Dad and want to make sure he has everything he needs and Allstate provides that type of service I need for my Dad. We have had insurance through the Maddox Allstate Agency since the 1970s. While their rates may be higher than some other insurance agencies they have never failed to cover us for a valid claim. I hear stories from neighbors and co-workers of what they have to go through with their insurance agencies and I'm glad I have the pep
of mind with my insurer should anything come up.
