Terrible I signed up with another agent and he sold it to this guy who has never called or had a relationship with us at all including during a terrible storm. They won’t fight for you, they’ll barely help you and fight you at every turn to cover anything. Run far away

I guess Allstate in general has just gone downhill, this is the third agent I have been with in the past two years and they do not answer the phones or emails. I spent 4 MONTHS trying to get a resolution about my renter policy. Now they have emailed me a month ago my renewal for auto with an increase of $200 for my truck, nothing has changed but I cannot get anyone via email or phone at this agency to answer me on why this happened and what options I have.
Talena, as I mentioned in a response to your email yesterday, we are not your agent, we did not write your policies and knew nothing about any issues you were having. The very first time I have ever even seen your name is yesterday (10-15-21) when you emailed me directly. My apologies for the service, related to your renters policy, that you received from another agency but not only did I know nothing about that issue, it literally had nothing to do with my agency. I know that not all Allstate agencies operate in the same manner, but here, we pride ourselves on customer service and taking care of our customers. This is clearly evident in the fact that every rating on Google is a 5 star review, other than yours & one 4 star review, which again, was not even my customer. Again, my apologies for the service you received from another Allstate agency and I sincerely wish you the best.

My vehicle was hit and totaled at the end of January. Adjuster said wait until claim was closed for vehicle removal from policy(pain trying to contact adjuster). Called agency to remove vehicle after claim closed. It has now been OVER a month, I have had NO communication with the office(despite my reaching out via email & phone), and NOW my husband AT THIS VERY MOMENT has a blown tire and Emergency Roadside can’t even pull up our account!!!!! I am LIVID!! We have been customers for OVER 10 years AND have auto, home, and flood through this agency. That will be changing VERY soon as well as referring our clientele and family away. I understand with everything going on it’s tough, but this is beyond ridiculous!!!

If I could give this office no stars I think that would be more accurate. If Ms. Chloe Williams was removed from dealing with customers I think that might be a huge help for the office. She is unable to take responsibility or even apologize for her errors on a policy. To add things to a policy when she had been told not to is very unprofessional and untrusting of her position there in that office. An if Mr. Burroughs would actually contact his clients back when there is an issue or be in the office more to oversee the things that go on this insurance office may be a business you could trust and utilize. But I’ll have to say I will not be using him any longer and honesty I can not recommend him to anyone else.
Mrs. Gonzales I do appreciate your concerns with the operations of my agency. We do apologize for any mishaps that may occurred with your policy. I take pride in my staff and the work they do on a daily basis, however if you have a concern I need to address it immediately.<br>Mrs. Gonzales I did call you to discuss the issue that you had regarding your policy on two occasions, but there was no answer.<br>Again, I apologize for any problem(s) you may have experience and I am available to service all your insurance needs.

The representatives who prepared my policies, Anna and Monica, were pleasant and personable. They were attentive to details and quick to respond to questions. They seemed happy to expend any effort to provide me with maximum value and discounts.
For a company so large as Allstate, the level of personal attention given to my needs and concerns surprised me. In Derrek Anduiza's team, I felt as if I were dealing with a small, locally-owned, family enterprise.
