Well at first they were good. Then they renewed without notice .jacked my rates up by $30 a month. They tried to make it better by giving me 15 back during coronavirus. I called and cancelled. 2 months later i noticed they took out double my payments after i told them i was changing companies. I called talked to owner. He told me i would have back in my account in 3 days. Its been 2 weeks. Also when i called they was having attitude toward me . definitely look elsewhere folks.

Allstate has been servicing my parents for many many years. I can always count on receiving excellent service when I call in. I would like to acknowledge Kim for her exceptional customer service she provides me each and every time I call in to ask questions about my Dad's Homeowners or Auto Policy. My Mom passed in 2015. (Very sad). My Dad is elderly and needs a little more help these days and Kim is always able to help me get all the answers I need. I am very protective of my Dad and want to make sure he has everything he needs and Allstate provides that type of service I need for my Dad. My first experience with Allstate as a customer..i was told my differed payment plan in MARCH 2020 due to Covid 19 was in place since i was laid off, just was made aware corporate canceled my policy because of billing statement. No communication from the agent....😞

We have had insurance through the Maddox Allstate Agency since the 1970s. While their rates may be higher than some other insurance agencies they have never failed to cover us for a valid claim. I hear stories from neighbors and co-workers of what they have to go through with their insurance agencies and I'm glad I have the pep
of mind with my insurer should anything come up.

I have called several times to talk to my representative and have not received calls back text or anything. I have questions and wanted to review my policy and I have left him a message left a message with one of the other persons that have answered to see if he would call. I have not heard anything. when I signed up I had an excellent representative that was on point all the time and I would have given him a 5-star review because he was very easy to reach and returned calls.
