Derek’s team illustrates that consumers don’t need an agent. Allstate raised my auto rates, no claims, no change in coverage. When I asked my agent for competitive pricing or changes to coverage, I was ghosted. I filed a claim on my home coverage last year, which was denied. I was informed I need to go through my agent Derek, however when I tried to call and email I was also ghosted. I tried an online quote for insurance and had 100 agents txt, call, and email desperately to earn my business. Ultimately I downloaded Geico app and did it all myself for Affordable & Adequate Coverage. I’m getting another spam call to sell me coverage right now so I gotta go…

Horrible service. I have left numerous voice mails and e-mails. One morning I left a message, finally got a call back 6 hours later. I have been an Allstate customer for well over 10 years. Allstate has taken care of me in the past. Sadly this agency, not Allstate, is the reason I'm leaving. I cannot stress the horrible service this agency provides. I have left many e-mails to Derrek himself, not one response. They take your money, but that's it. Zero stars.

This particular agency is HORRIBLE I filed a formal complaint against them. The office staff is VERY unpleasant not professional at all they Iris and Gabby lied to me frim November 17 2021 until January 17 2022 I HAD to constantly remind them of what they said and the often times denied it but it's a good thing when I generally conduct business with them I get email correspondence at my request to prove they are wrong the details of my experience with them is way to lengthy to tell but please beware and one thing I will share as I asked over and over again was to speak with the Agent Derrek Anduiza and was told he doesn't deal with customers per Iris and honesty I know better than that he had to build his business by having interactions with customers and I was also told that no one else could help me other than Iris she was in charge so I got what I got nothing from her lost my car insurance after almost 10 years well now that I've filed a formal complaint against them with corporate I will be filing a complaint with the BBB BEWARE zero stars

An agent at this agency named Jenny is totally unscrupulous and unethical. She lied to me and falsified information on my account. After I contacted the corporate office, neither her or this agency has responded to requests for an explanation. I was allowed to change agencies, yet nothing has actually been rectified as of yet. This agent and agency cost me an unnecessary loss of both time and money.

Terrible I signed up with another agent and he sold it to this guy who has never called or had a relationship with us at all including during a terrible storm. They won’t fight for you, they’ll barely help you and fight you at every turn to cover anything. Run far away

I guess Allstate in general has just gone downhill, this is the third agent I have been with in the past two years and they do not answer the phones or emails. I spent 4 MONTHS trying to get a resolution about my renter policy. Now they have emailed me a month ago my renewal for auto with an increase of $200 for my truck, nothing has changed but I cannot get anyone via email or phone at this agency to answer me on why this happened and what options I have.

My vehicle was hit and totaled at the end of January. Adjuster said wait until claim was closed for vehicle removal from policy(pain trying to contact adjuster). Called agency to remove vehicle after claim closed. It has now been OVER a month, I have had NO communication with the office(despite my reaching out via email & phone), and NOW my husband AT THIS VERY MOMENT has a blown tire and Emergency Roadside can’t even pull up our account!!!!! I am LIVID!! We have been customers for OVER 10 years AND have auto, home, and flood through this agency. That will be changing VERY soon as well as referring our clientele and family away. I understand with everything going on it’s tough, but this is beyond ridiculous!!!

If I could give this office no stars I think that would be more accurate. If Ms. Chloe Williams was removed from dealing with customers I think that might be a huge help for the office. She is unable to take responsibility or even apologize for her errors on a policy. To add things to a policy when she had been told not to is very unprofessional and untrusting of her position there in that office. An if Mr. Burroughs would actually contact his clients back when there is an issue or be in the office more to oversee the things that go on this insurance office may be a business you could trust and utilize. But I’ll have to say I will not be using him any longer and honesty I can not recommend him to anyone else.
