Once again, I had a really great experience with the service department at BMW of The Woodlands. My service advisor, Gabriel, was excellent. He gave me a clear, straightforward breakdown of the work needed and kept me updated throughout the multi-point inspection without any runaround. Clearly, the shop is very well-managed; Jason, the service manager, runs a highly efficient, top-quality operation. It’s tough to find a dealership service center that balances great technical execution with solid customer care this well. Highly recommend them.

I decided to take my X7 to the dealer because the mom and pop shop I normally go to has gotten ridiculously overpriced. Needless to say, you hear about the horror stories of taking your car to the dealer. Well let me get rid of those fears for BMW of the Woodlands. My service advisor Ms Q is the best. She worked with my warranty to get my repairs done AND I got my standard services due at HALF the cost of that mom and pop shop I've been going to. I got a loaner, as well while my car was being serviced. I am a customer forever! Transparency, speed, honesty, and excellent service will keep me coming back.

My service advisor, Quiowa, was outstanding! I brought my X3 in for my scheduled services and she noticed I had one other maintenance item that could be completed the same day. Thank you, Quiowa, for saving me another trip to the dealership and a big shout out to the maintenance team for taking care of it that same day!

I brought my BMW 7 Series in for what I originally thought would be a warranty-covered repair. Unfortunately, it turned out that a rodent had chewed through some of the wiring, so the repair wasn’t covered under warranty.

After going back and forth for a few days about whether I should trade the car or go ahead and have it repaired, I decided to fix it. I’m glad I did. They completed the repair in a timely manner and I especially appreciated receiving a video showing exactly what needed to be repaired.

They are definitely more expensive than my usual BMW specialist, York BMW Services, but I chose to have the work completed here to help maintain my warranty and service history. Overall, I appreciated the communication, transparency, and quick turnaround, and my experience was a positive one.

Took in for brakes. The gave us a beautiful loaner. When we picked up the suv was sparkling clean. Everything was great. Definitely recommend BMW Woodlands. They get you right!

My service advisor Zach was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive to my needs and explained the service my vehicle needed. He did not pressure me into any unnecessary services, only made recommendations, which I totally appreciated. After careful consideration I did what was best for me and my vehicle, based on his recommendation. He kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. If all service employees are as kind, concerned, professional and personable as Zach, I will keep coming back. There are closer dealerships near me but I choose to travel to The Woodlands because of Zach. Keep up the exceptional customer service!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish! Alvin, my BMW service advisor, greeted me with a smile, clearly explained the oil change process, and shared helpful information about future maintenance. I really appreciated how informative and professional he was.

A big thank you as well to the vehicle technician Luis sent me a video update during the service. It was a great way to keep me informed and made the experience even better.

I'll definitely be back and would love to have Alvin as my service advisor again!

Reshail and James were great. Good communication throughout. Patiently answered all my questions and sent photos and videos to confirm the condition of the car from 2000 miles away. It took some time and some errant phone calls and emails about insurance to get answers on an extended warranty, but past that, the dealership team was great!
