After a disappointing experience at Lexus (initially my front runner), I found myself at BMW West. I walked in with a friend and was immediately greeted by Madani, who was an awesome Associate throughout the entire experience. I shared I was still evaluating makes (Lexus, Acura, and BMW), and wanted to test drive an x5. We sat to discuss options/trims, and ended up test driving an sDrive with a variety of options. Madani was patient, answered my questions, and pointed out key features in the vehicle. He was candid, genuine, and made a great first impression. He did not deploy any high-pressure sales tactics (which was very much appreciated), and that went a really long way with me and my decision to ultimately purchase my vehicle.

After that visit, he was responsive and communicative via text message. He made the process very smooth and we agreed on the specific vehicle I intended to purchase (decided on the xDrive, with all the options of the sDrive I test drove) and the purchase price. I returned to the dealership a couple weeks later to complete the credit app, with the intention of making the purchase the following day. We set an appointment for the next morning and Madani and Corey worked, in parallel, to finalize the sale. As someone who works in sales, I have a strong aversion to “(stereo)typical” sales people, and was so glad my experience at BMW West was not that.

Madani and Corey were great to work with and I would recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a seamless experience,
who’s in the market for a BMW.

I had an outstanding experience with BMW of West Houston. My top priority was getting into a new car while spending as little time at the dealership as possible, and they exceeded my expectations.

I have a very demanding job and limited availability for phone calls, so I greatly appreciated being able to handle most of the transaction through text. Jacob Garza made the entire sales process efficient and straightforward, and he was especially helpful in guiding me through the credit process.

I also want to recognize Nico for the excellent walkthrough during my test drive and Ansh for taking the time to walk me through the vehicle's features after the sale. Their knowledge and willingness to help made the experience even better.

This was probably the fastest and most efficient car-buying experience I've ever had. The team respected my time, communicated clearly, and made the process seamless from start to finish.

Most importantly, I absolutely love my new 2026 BMW i4! Thank you to everyone at BMW of West Houston for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience at BMW of West Houston! I’d like to give a special shout-out to Marvin. He was incredibly kind, professional, and never pushy. He worked hard to get me a great deal, and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me or pressure me into anything. That made the entire buying process much more enjoyable.

I also want to recognize Jacquelyn, the Product Specialist. She was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to walk me through all of the features of my new BMW, answered all of my questions, and helped me get everything set up in the BMW app.

Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on providing great customer service. I highly recommend BMW of West Houston!

I had an excellent car-buying experience from start to finish! Jacob was an outstanding salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. His assistant was just as wonderful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Corey in finance was fantastic as well. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork quick and easy.

Took my delivery of a 2018 BMW x5 last weekend, it was 10/10! The car is perfect, well checked, very clean! Huge shout out to my advisor- Tommy Luk. We had a wonderful experience with Omar at BMW West Houston! My husband and I initially visited just to browse, and we returned a week later to purchase. Omar treated us with the utmost respect and patience - from our initial visit to our inquiries via text/phone, and through closing - I cannot say enough positive things. Omar was extremely knowledgeable about the entire BMW line and was able to highlight pros to similar makes/models in a way that felt genuine and not pushy. Our final signing was also a breeze! Jacob was my sales person at BMW of West Houston, and he was absolutely amazing throughout my entire car-buying experience.
