Honesty and customer service go a long way. Monica Pan is very honest to tell you what coverages you actually need instead of just selling you an insurance with lower price to attract you in but the coverage is minimal. Highly recommended

Monica is so patient and helpful! I am a customer with teenagers and with a lot of questions. She patiently guided me through with all the concerns I have and assisted me finding the best quote! I save more than $2000 a year on my auto insurance!!! Will refer her to all of my friends!!
