Once we got someone on the phone appointment setup was easy. Upon arrival I was met by a service manager at my car who knew who I was. He showed me a feature on my key fob that may have been causing issues with unlocking my vehicle. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Oh, and you looked for, found and fixed what was causing my right rear tire to lose pressure. You washed my car! This is my 2nd car from your dealership. Thanks Demontrond!

My husband and I were pleased with whoke process.We were down to sharing one car, and desperately needed a second one. I saw what I wanted online, and made an appointment to speak with Mirza. He was helpful, friendly and efficient. He brought the car out so we could test drive it, and got us started on the application process. There wasn't any pressure or crazy sales tactics. Then we met with a nice gentleman to get us financed, and he worked with us to get an affordable monthly payment. I bought a 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL, and drove it off the lot that evening. From that experience, would recommend this dealership.

De Montrond Mazda gives good service and they represent the Mazda Brand very well. My service advisor did not miss a beat. Today’s service was an oil change and an induction cleaning. The timing for this service was about right. I prefer De Montrond’s induction cleaning service over other repair shops. Thanks, job well done.
