I had to go to the ER again on 6/14/2026 with the same kidney stone that I came in with before. My pain was critical and they took me in and provided the same level of care that I have always received at Elite… excellent! Dr. Jhingree is amazing and has the best bedside manner. He is thorough and always gives me the best care. My nurse was amazing also very kind and always meeting my needs. Wish I could remember everyone’s names because they were all amazing. The lady that did my CT scan and radiographs was so sweet. I have gone to other ER’s but what keeps me coming back to Elite is the level of care that I get. They are just the best. I feel safe and taken care off when I go there. They just sent me these flowers wishing me a quick recovery.

My husband came in after suffering a work-related injury and had an X-ray completed shortly after arriving. Unfortunately, his experience after that was extremely frustrating.

He sat in the exam room for over an hour waiting for results and pain relief. During that time, three different staff members checked on him, and each time he asked about pain medication, he was told they would speak with the doctor. Despite this, no one returned with an update, medication, or an explanation for the delay.

What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing staff members sitting at the desk on their phones while there were very few, if any, other patients waiting. The doctor walked past the room multiple times without providing any information. When my husband finally went to the desk himself to ask about his X-ray results and pain medication, he was simply told he needed to speak with the nurse.

After waiting so long without answers or pain management, he went to his car to get Tylenol for himself. When he returned, he was then told he could not wait in the waiting room even though he had already been waiting in the treatment area and had received no communication regarding his care.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have personally been to this facility several times and have never had an issue. In fact, because of my positive experiences and as someone who works in the medical field myself. I specifically recommended that my husband come here. However, the treatment he received was completely unacceptable.

I understand that healthcare can be busy, but communication, compassion, and patient care should never be overlooked. No patient should be left sitting in pain, repeatedly asking for help, and receiving little to no information about their care. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and is something that should not happen to anyone else. I truly hope management addresses these concerns so future patients are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.

Elite truly is the best. Unfortunately we’ve had to come here a few times over the years and they’ve been amazing every single time. Today was no exception. Thank you to Valerie and Jamie for an easy check in, our nurse Craig for an immediate evaluation and explanation of next steps, Nina for making my son feel like a rock star during his CT, and Dr. Koussayer for the fist bump when delivering good news from the radiology report. My son laughed and said the fist bump was cool. Everyone there is always so kind and reassuring, especially with my kids. It goes such a long way. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Elitecare Emergency Hospital. From the moment I arrived the staff was kind & attentive. The nurses were compassionate and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly & ensure I received the appropriate care. The team worked together seamlessly & I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I’m grateful for the outstanding service & thank you for providing such high-quality care!

Was very pleased with the care for my daughter here. She felt very comfortable during her stay there from the moment that we checked in to the moment that we checked out. They listened to her concerns, treated her with ease and made her anxiety about certain things more comfortable. Everybody was very friendly.

Elitecare is really amazing! I have come here when I’ve had the flu, car accidents and even neurological issues and they have always been super kind, thorough, and listen so well. This goes for all staff, the front desk is always welcoming and responsive. The nurses and technicians are as well and take their time and always have a great attitude and are super supportive and knowledgeable. As for the physicians they are the best and they really take time to understand everything you are going through and do their best to come up with the best course of action to get you better.I recommend this ER to any and everyone!

I’m ONLY giving this 5 stars because Dr. Koussayer was phenomenal I’ve been in and out the ER/ hospital since April he allowed me to talk, explain and express myself. He was empathetic, passionate and professional. However the two nurses that assisted me were horrible absolutely disgusting!!! BEWARE if I knew the names I’d post them ANYWAYS (Side note - the two receptionist were very friendly and helpful you will be greeted well )

I was there a couple days ago and just wanted to say the whole staff was absolutely amazing. Treated me very well and extremely attentive. I'd name everyone if I could remember everyone's name but Jamie and Lexi were great! All of the day nurses were great as well! I'd highly recommend this place!

Ended up there at 2 am and had a pretty good experience. They were all kind and took all the tests we needed. The bed was super comfortable and I was able to get a good sleep while we waited for results

Daughter had intense migraine that required medical attention. The team at Elite Emergency Hospital provided excellent treatment from the time of arrival until she left. You're all a credit to your professions. Thank you Team!
