Great care. Great staff. Caring and helpful. I have been an RN for 26 years and an FNP for 14 years. I have been in private practice and worked pretty much any RN might work including oil company occupational health nurse, Cath lab, ICU, GI lab, floor nursing, etc. just retired from providing care to make prisoners including death row inmates.
THIS was the best experience possible. Staff is intelligent and caring. After weeks in ICU on vent due to Covid, having worn diaper and being unconscious my skin is in PERFECT CONDITION. that alone is quite impressive!

There was a doctor or four that saw me each day. And Sam, their PA, made rounds every morning and was always available to answer questions and motivate me to safely push myself …he really is a a genius!!! I am so impressed with him!

Dietary was awesome. They have the best tasting and well prepared food, better than most restaurants.
My husband spent the night every night in chair bed when strived at rehab so he could learn how to safely assist in my care at home and they always provided him with a guest meal tray.
Travis in PT pushed me enough but not so much that i struggled for more oxygen.
Speech therapists were incredibly helpful and encouraging. And although i lost so much muscle that i cannot walk yet, i already had RN visit to check central line and trach sites and OT and PT. In am finally hopeful that i will recover and build muscle and walk again.
Frankly, anyone that gave this place a poor rating obviously has no idea of proper expectations. Bruises happen all the time when we are on blood thinners to prevent clots and the length of stay is set by insurance or Medicare based on need and outcome potential.

Recently, my mother was in Encompss Health Rehabilitation Hospital Vision Park. This hospital exceeded our expectations. The nursing staff was there immediately when my Mom needed anything. They were friendly and professional at all times and I felt completely confident that when we weren’t with her, they would make sure her needs were met.

The Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist were awesome. She got a total of 3 hours a day of PT and OT and I must say, the entire team approached their jobs with professional integrity as well as lots of smiles, laughter and positive encouragement to help reach her goals.

Being in a Rehab Facility after surgery or an injury is hard, but Encompass Vision Park has everything in place to help their patients to succeed. They really helped my Mom to reach her goals and we are very appreciative for having such a good experience.

The hospital is very clean and she thought the food was good too!

I’ve been there 2 times for 2 weeks each time and both times I had a wonderful experience. I loved the therapists and the staff from the doctor down are the best. I wish I could tell people in person how great the rehab is and how much I enjoyed going there.

Recommend the facility. From the first walk in visit to tour the facility, Lisa Parks was accommodating and magnetic with her answers to my questions. Facility is clean and culture of staff is energetic. Stephanie Harley very good follow up with me. She is so sweet and empathetic. The Rehab staff mostly were attentive except for some nurses at night I guess no TLC but mostly 75% were helpful especially the Asian nurses, and aide Lilian !!!
My dad had our family presence everyday and nite which was a bonus for the facility and for us promoting a faster recovery of our father. Guest trays appreciated.
Resolution of complaints was fast. I wish there is a consistency of scheduling same therapist caring for the patient . Sara M., Courtney, Valerie, Alex are in my dad's smart memory ,impressive. There was a SLP assigned named Katherine one day and when I asked the staff who came what her name was and she said M. and a student , I was surprised. It would have been better if K. came and introduced herself and the student of just sending her student to the room .
Justin the PT supervisor was great. Jenny discharge planner super ! Head Nurse accommodating. Our dad is doing well. Thank you.

Tom had outstanding care at Encompass! From day one, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Majeski and his staff, nurses, technicians and therapists, were incredible and caring. We couldn't have asked for better care or better outcome. Encompass has quality care and we will recommend it to everyone we know.

My wife was at another facility and was receiving “pitiful “ care. I got her transferred to Encompass and immediately she began to show improvement. In the Woodlands area Encompass is the only option.

The level of care here should be the training format for other care facilities. I read reviews galore for many facilities and was happy I made the decision of this Encompass.

My mother had to be here for 11 days of post surgical rehabilitation. I think she was a rock star for all 11 days, even post 🔔 ring. IYKYK

CEO, Nick, visited in kind with sincerity that didn't seem obligatory, Ms. Rachel L., Romero, and the entire staff I encountered and observed were beacons of joy and demonstrated taking pride in their career.

Much more could be said on the level of excellence here. The custodial staff is the biggest highlight to the pleasant environment.

In consistency with previous reviews, by comparison to the standards of corporate level Chic-fil-A, this place raises the bar! Thank you to everyone down to the trainees!

I spent 15 days there after having surgery to put plates put into leg after breaking my tibia. The rehab therapists were the best. They pushed me to get me ready to go home and be as independent as I can be while not being able to put any weight on my leg. The food was good and you had many options. The nursing staff was attentive but not intrusive. The facility was clean. Everyone was super nice and really tried to meet all my needs. I would and have recommended this facility.

The staff members at Encompass were professional, kind, caring, thoughtful and responsive. I was impressed by their time management with their scheduling of PT and OT. They were all pretty good at communications, especially LaShawn. I also appreciated their patience and understanding in handling somewhat difficult situations. The facilities are very nice and the food good. All in all, I would highly recommend this Encompass to anyone needing rehabilitation.

Johnathan, Shelby, Shelly, Megan, Cynthia, Bee, and many other therapists, nurses, cooks, aids, & janitors were so kind and helpful in Rita's recovery process! We felt like they truly cared about us - not only during our stay, but also in ensuring we had everything we needed when we got home.
