I love Encompass in Humble! My case manager Lindsey has been most helpful getting me through the process I needed !! She is a great person and knows her stuff !! Director of therapy, Jason is a funny guy with an amazing group of therapists that are working very hard each day to get you going again !! Three hours a day of therapy Monday-Friday occasionally a weekend if necessary but you get to rest on Sunday for sure.
Stacy from cafeteria and Rhonda work very hard to please you based on diet ordered by doctor and your likes in food!
The entire place feels like home away from home !!
Highly recommended for in patient rehabilitation for all patients
Ask for Max in physical therapy and Andrea both are excellent
Stephanie and Kristen are excellent Occupational therapists too!!

My husband recently completed treatment at Encompass Rehab in Katy and the care he received was truly exceptional.
A special thank you to his case manager, Ms. Margaret Canlas, whose compassion, dedication, and support made a lasting impact. She went above and beyond to ensure he felt heard, understood, and empowered.

My mother always chooses The Vison Park location because the staff there is so caring and loving. She’s been here several times due to her medical conditions through out the years and she loves it!!! They help and care for the pts doesn’t feel like a hospital stay she takes it as a mini vacation lol

I had a wonderful experience at Encompass Health in Katy. The entire staff was fantastic—professional, caring, and truly dedicated to my recovery. They far exceeded our expectations in every way. During my short stay, I made more progress than I ever anticipated, and it's all thanks to the incredible effort from the whole team. I’m so grateful for their commitment to making sure I was improving every step of the way. I want to particularly call out Dr. Lin, Dr. Okparah, Mary, Amy, and Chris from therapy, and CNA Johnathan, but I never encountered someone who I didn’t have a positive experience with. Highly recommend!

Our 89 year old mother was there for three weeks and she received top care by all that walked in her room. We wanted to give our deep heart felt thank you and appreciation to each and everyone one who cared for her, to the staff we passed in the hallway what acknowledged us with kind greetings, to the PT staff with their support of encouragement and to the front desk ladies with their kind and professional mannerism. Thank you so much ❤️

While I was there it was a blessing from God. The therapy workers really helped me and noticed all the bad things that I was doing to keep from falling. I understand and know that Safety is very important to them. The young man name Jason really helped me while I was there. Anything I told him that concerns me he corrected it. I don't know his last name, but he have a ball/clean head lol. At the end my breakfast, lunch and dinner was a mess, but like I said I told Jason and it was corrected. I also meet the manger Mrs. Gracie, she also corrected the problem. Because I noticed that I wasn't filling out my menu some one else was, the reason I know that because the condition i have messy with my writing.

I was hit by a car and I had to go to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, My Physical Therapist was Katie is was amazing she helped me and she was excellent, Arie was my Occupational Therapist and she was amazing also they both gave me there 100 percent and I learned a lot from them. Thank you Katie and Arie! Matthew Roberts was my Speach Therapist he had interns working with and I feel Speach Therapy was a waste of my time I was did not get anything out of Speach Therapy with Matthew Roberts he did not work with me at all. I fell like my review for him would be nothing but a 1 he needs to focus more on Speach Therapy than playing 45 minutes of memory games Just to get money from my insurance! Matthew Roberts is the Manager and he should be reevaluated because he was no help to me at all he was a waste of my time at the end of my visit he said don’t forget to give him a review well Matthew the only thing I can give you is a 1. If I gave you a 10 that would be a lie. Maureen Shannon my case manager was supposed to help me with getting ready to go home the only thing she cared about was getting the insurance.. the psych drs assistant came to my room and all she care about was filling me up with drugs for depression I am not interested in that she came to my room daily and I had to ask her to leave each time came in I was there for rehab not for her to get me so medicated that I would have more problems after I was released.. They nurses care I had was ok but not the best. I do not recommend encompass in the woodlands for all these reasons. My experience was not good at all. I cannot give a 10 I can only give a 3! I would recommend that they care more about the people they are caring for instead of focusing on insurance I realize they have to get paid but that is there main focus not the patient!

It only let's you leave 5 stars or I would have put more! The place is amazing! If you are in need of any kind of rehabilitative services, I highly, highly recommend Encompass in Humble.
It is the best place i have ever gone for therapy. The entire staff was the best, ie..nurses, Dr's, techs and therapists. (Kitchen staff as well...food was really good) I left there after 2 weeks with the best results. A special shout out to my therapists...Alex, Jessica, Meghan, Sarah, Meghan and Issa...they were great, thank you! I will be back there for more therapy for sure! Thank you again to everyone who helped me in any way!!

Caring, attentive and friendly staff. The doctors checked in daily with me. The nurses were excellent with answering my questions and handling pain management. The nursing assistants answered the call button promptly 24 hours a day with a smile. Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist were upbeat and encouraging. I appreciated them setting realistic goals and helping me be successful! The dietary staff offered a variety of meals which
were served at appropriate temperatures. Last, but not least, the facility was kept clean. My room was cleaned daily and trash can emptied throughout the day.
