I recently spent time at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital for rehabilitation after a tibia and fibula break, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, every single person I encountered provided outstanding care. The entire team—from the CNA’s, nurses, doctors, to the therapists and the case managers—treated me with respect, compassion, and a genuine desire to see me succeed in my recovery.

The therapists went above and beyond to ensure my progress, always attentive to my needs and pushing me just the right amount. The nursing staff was always friendly and supportive, making sure I was comfortable and well cared for, even when they were busy. Everyone on staff truly made a difference in my recovery, and I am so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Even the food was delicious!!

Thank you, Encompass, for your incredible work and dedication. You helped me regain my strength and confidence, and I’m forever thankful for that.

I was a little hesitant about going into rehab, but it turned out to be a very positive experience for me. I went in with a 6.2 hemoglobin and very strong anemia and weakness. I was given two units of blood and that benefited me immensely.
The entire staff, doctors, nurses, OT techs, PT techs, nurses aides, everyone was caring, professional, and sincere. They truly care for their patients well being and strive to give you their best care possible. I would recommend this facility with the highest rate possible. I also received my dialysis treatment while there. I was able to order my meals on a daily basis, and the food was actually very good. If you need rehab, do not hesitate to choose this facility. You’ll be very glad you did.

It was a great experience, the exercises really helped me. I would highly recommend Encompass of Humble to everyone who needs rehabilitation
In OT and/or PT. I also found the doctors and nurses to be Efficient, They served well, balanced meals, and the meals were very good. Very tasty. All in all I found my stay to be quite a present experience and a most rewarding one; for now, I’m back on my feet. Thank you Encompass of Humble.

This is my last Day here. I have had the best experience. I have met at least 15 different doctors, nurses, therapists, during my stay, no exaggeration. They are the most caring, and professional staff imaginable. Kinda hate leaving. 5 stars from me.

I had a great experience at the Encompass Rehabilitation in Humble.. the Physical and occupational therapist were absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable when it came to my stroke. Stacy and Megan listened to my concerns about me wanting to concentrate more on walking and getting my left arm stronger + working properly. They both agreed that they would check with the doctors and then that would be our main focus since my speech was not affected by the stroke.
All the doctors were wonderful as well especially since they were not my doctors prior to the stroke.
The entire staff worked together to make sure that I received the best care and treatment possible for my condition and get back on my feet as fast as possible. I could not be where I am if not for all of them.
Im home now (5 days) and taking care of myself(maybe a little slower than before the stroke) but getting better and stronger every day..

I was at Encompass for 14 days. During that time I had daily visits from doctors, nurses and assistants who monitored my vitals and administered meds. Upon admission I was evaluated by physical and occupational therapists who developed a plan to achieve my therapy goals. I had daily sessions in pt and ot (1 1/2 hours each). During each session my therapist pushed me to improve in a way that was challenging and, at times, fun. My case manager dealt with my insurance and made sure I had all the appropriate equipment and services after discharge. Everyone that I met there was friendly and helpful and never made me feel like it was a chore to assist me (like many trips to the bathroom). I really miss the wonderful, professional and knowledgeable people I met there. I think going to Encompass was definitely the right decision to help me get back on my feet after a traumatic knee injury. I would heartily recommend them to anyone. My special thanks to Kennedy, Taylor, my main pt and ot, and to Diana, Jeremy and Jenaia for all their help. God bless them all for the work they do.

My father had several stays at Encompass- The Woodlands. The staff is consistent. The nurses and therapists(Samantha, Maxine & Jennifer) are caring, knowledgeable and compassionate.
I cannot say enough about the Case Manager, (LaShawn) who goes above and beyond all the time.
I am so thankful for the care they gave my father as well as the support they gave to our family.

Encompass staff took great care of my husband Gary after his open heart surgery. Physical and Occupational Therapists were excellent. All the nurses, technicians, food servers/cooks, etc. were very polite, efficient and prompt in providing their services. Food was good and delivered timely. Dr. Lin was wonderful in his communication with both of us and taking great care of Gary for a few days. We would highly recommend Encompass to anyone needing rehab. You will be treated with A+ service.
