Great service with Progressive!! Love the roadside assistance!! They helped me unlock my car in less than 5mins and that was including the time to get to me!! Love they helped with the covid relief refund discount!! Pick this insurance company to go with and choose progressive!!

Complete waste of time. These clowns qoute me price and next day it goes up $100 more. Never again I will deal with them. So be cautious with dealing with them.

Carolina quoted me a price with all my information. I pay for it over the phone and when I go pick up the insurance cards, nothing is correct. She put my husband down as an excluded driver, along with the incorrect address. Then I go back up there, oh course she's not here, and have to deal with someone else that keeps asking the same question at lease 3x in a row. On top of that she kept asking her sister for help...I had to miss work for this! Where do they get these people from?!?
