This is my first time getting a motorcycle and I had many questions on obtaining the correct coverage. I had the pleasure of talking to Mrs. Sierra Lyons. She was able to explain the coverages better to me so that I could get the coverage that I needed. No matter how many questions I asked she remained patient and explained everything to me, so I understood. Excellent customer service and thank you for taking care of my policy.

Normally I am very skeptical about insurance rates. However I had a great experience with Chadwick Sapenter at Geico. The customer service is excellent, very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
