Top-notch service from the team, from the office staff to the folks repairing my vehicle. I received timely updates on my vehicle's progress, which made it easier to plan for the eventual pick up. When I did get my car back, I was pleasantly surprised by how it looked: practically brand new. Kudos to my estimator for staying on top of things.

Awesome service! Vehicle was repaired from an accident but it wasn't ready by the date promised which it was explained for the delay. Leslie was knowledgeable and asked if I had any other concerns, frequent updates by text message, office staff were friendly and ready to help. Quality of work was top notch, highly recommend this shop. Great job Gerber!

Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. 😩
So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn’t perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it’s all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. Their customer service skills, responsiveness, and dedication to make up, satisfy their clients, and go the extra mile are really beyond compare. I hope these kind of genuine concern and passion for their craft continue to not just satisfy but WOW their clients even more. Kudos to you guys!

Gerber collision was the best body shop experience I have ever been through. They worked with my insurance to repair the back of my car that was hit and also worked with me to paint match a replacement fender I had ordered separately.
Leslie went above and beyond with communication to ensure I was aware of everything at every step of the process. My white paint on my jeep was a headache to paint match (as white paint tends to be) and Gerber's painter did a fantastic job making sure it was as blended as possible to mask the old from the new.
In the past, small things with body shops have always spiraled into major headaches from every angle. Not at Gerber. Not only was every step communicated with me verbally and via text, but any issues that came up were handled calmly and solutions were presented right after the problem was explained.
I can't say enough good things about the people and the work that is done at this shop. They care about your time, your vehicle and above all, your satisfaction with their work. 10/10. Leslie - you're an absolute gem! Thank you all!
Poor workmanship! My vehicle was returned with wire’s hanging and a dent still in the bumper.

Best Repair experience I have ever had. Personnel very helpful very personable Hopefully, I won’t need Collision repair anytime soon, but if I do, I will turn to them
This is the bodyshop appointed by my insurance. The moment I step in, reception is super friendly and warm, and the process of taking in my vehicle is fast and quick. The first impression is top notch.

my car was involved in a hit and run right before the holidays - they were able to take it in right after the holidays ended and it’s beautiful! Leslie provided updates and was even able to help with pick up. i was missing my car while it was in the shop, but the work done, the attention to detail, and the actual detail was so worth it - thank you joe hudson collision center 🎉

They did excellent repair on a fender and we received it back real quick. They returned the car to us clean and vacuumed the inside too.Leslie gave us great customer service and communication throughout the whole process very easy to work with.
