Rosa did a splendid job in helping me and my family find our first home. She went above and beyond in every aspect, and is very open and honest with recommendations on the houses we see. She is very knowledgeable with her work. She understands her client very well and works with you in every step. Her warm personality makes home buying easier. My experience of having Rosa as our agent was excellent. If you are looking for a professional, honest patient, and a helpful agent in the process of buying your house, this is Rosa Santos. Every time we called her with any questions, she always answered. In case she was busy, she called back as soon as she finished. She helped us in every process; she is very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her. I miss her already.

It is hard to come by a Real Estate Agent who is patient, works for "you", provides quality advice, manages a transaction from A-Z and is an advocate for you and your family.
Rosa was exactly that. She was extremely forth coming with all details on a listing and knew almost from the very beginning exactly what we were looking for. No job is too small.
Rosa found us the perfect apartment in a Co-op building, where the process can be lengthy and complicated. She was on point the entire time. She also recommended an excellent attorney and inspector. All her references were quality which only confirms in many ways the quality of service she offers. I would recommend Rosa to my family and friends.

Rosa Santos was truly the most incredible agent I have ever worked with. North Jersey is lucky to have her as an agent. I have purchased property on both the west and east coast and absolutely NOTHING compares to the service Rosa gave to us. She was so diligent and on top of everything throughout the entire process. Rosa is a rarity within this field in so many ways. We actually had another realtor previously, but they were more concerned about their commission and not advising us on what was best. Rosa on the other hand, helped us make one of the most important financial decisions of our lives. Her guidance helped us come in nearly $50K lower than what we were willing to pay, tempering our eagerness as we so badly wanted to close. Not only that, but she opened up her network to us, which also led us to finding an amazing attorney as well as a very studious home inspector. We owe Rosa so much and she will be our "Go-To" for anything Real Estate related going forward.

Having Rosa as a realtor was wonderful, she’s loyal gracious and reliable. You can always call her and she will respond. During our home search we spend countless days and nights looking for a home, Rosa was right there by our side. You can rely on her to get the job done.
