Horrible she gave me a price to switch from another insurance stating it would be cheaper quick to get my money for service but poor service for communication now i’m stuck paying $100 more than what i did before

Jessica has been a HUGE help to my family this year in obtaining coverages for our various policies at a great price! She was so understanding and helpful when I had some issues with my windstorm policy for our home and helped me every step of the way! I've been recomending her to all of my friends! Just recently went with Luis Landin as our agent. So far so good. Luis was polite & spent time with my family over the phone. I understand his business location is changing. We will see how things go if we should have any claims.

Grant was our agent and I tried to reach out to him about questions on my insurance going up and he never answered. The worst agent I’ve had. He was only quick to answer when he was trying to sell me the insurance at the beginning. I never got a letter or email stating that my insurance policy was going up.
