Very disappointing, The tutors at this school discriminate against students. Even if you file a complaint, the school always sides with the tutors. Some of the teachers are short-tempered and unable to control their anger. Once you enroll, you are expected to put up with whatever they do. I strongly recommend avoiding this university.

As a graduate of the University of Greenwich, I have been trying to order my graduation certificate for over three months, but unfortunately the process has been incredibly frustrating.

The Graduate Docs website has repeatedly failed to work properly, either preventing me from progressing with my order or not allowing me to complete it at all. Despite numerous attempts over several months, I have been unable to obtain a document that should be straightforward to order.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I contacted the Graduate Docs team and spoke with Julia Bracewell. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I was told that there was no alternative way to order my certificate despite the website not functioning correctly. I was left without a solution.

After dedicating over three years to my studies and paying significant tuition fees, I find it unacceptable that graduates have no reliable alternative when the online system fails.

I sincerely hope the University of Greenwich reviews this issue, fixes the Graduate Docs ordering system, and introduces an alternative method for graduates to obtain their certificates when technical problems occur.

University takes the fees from students, and when it come to refund it, they never reply to emails,phone, . It’s been 5 months I am waiting for my fee refund, they are playing games. It will be done in a day or 2 , but never refund me, when go to office, saying email us.
I request all international students. Be careful with this university. Here there reputation is very bad.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the University of Greenwich regarding my tuition refund process.

I applied for a refund in the first week of January after the university informed me that they would not issue my CAS. I was officially told that the refund process would take up to 12 weeks. It has now been 17 weeks, and I still have not received my refund or any clear update.

I have called multiple times, sent repeated emails to both the refund and finance teams, and still received no proper response. The reception staff keep saying they only deal with admissions and cannot provide any information about refunds. On one occasion, after I explained my situation and asked for a proper update, the call was simply ended after an apology.

What is even more shocking is the complete lack of communication within the university. Different departments give different information, nobody seems to know the status of the refund, and emails are completely ignored. During one of my recent calls, I was even told that my refund request might not have been found and that I should apply again and wait another 12 weeks. That is unacceptable.

I genuinely did not expect such poor administration and communication from a university of this reputation. The internal system is extremely disorganised, and students are left helpless with no way to contact the right person or get accurate information.

I am not the only student facing this issue. Several of my colleagues who applied with me are experiencing the same delays and lack of response. If the university continues to ignore students and delay refunds without explanation, I will seriously consider taking legal action.

Very disappointing experience. International students deserve better treatment, transparency, and respect.

Beautiful campus in an absolutely stunning location by the Thames. The historic architecture makes it feel unique and inspiring, not like a typical university. It’s also a great place to walk around, with a really calm and positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the most impressive university settings in London.
