I called Adrian at 4:00 PM about a truck we wanted to purchase that same day. Since we were driving over an hour to get there, we wanted to make sure everything was ready before making the trip. We had been working with another dealership, but they didn’t have the exact truck we were looking for. Adrian matched the deal and made the entire process quick, easy, and hassle-free.

When we arrived, the truck was washed, and had a full tank of gas waiting for us. Adrian was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready. I bought a new Buick Enclave from Fernando Valdez at Group 1 Buick GMC South and he was an awesome salesman. He carefully listened to everything I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all of the new technology, helped me set up my hotspot and OnStar accounts, and made sure I felt reasonably comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership. He even followed up with me a couple of times after the sale to make sure everything was going well. Cody was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Too keep it real short. It was the most pleasant extremely experience I have had with a dealership. In and out within 2.5 hours, which everyone knows it's usually an all-day thing. Highly recommended! Also want to thank Mr. Roy for taking care of us and making everything a smooth transition.

I had a wonderful experience with Group 1 South! Starting with communication via phone/text messages with Ada on gathering information of the vehicle to in-person at the dealership! Ada is a breath of fresh air and explained the process thoroughly to Orlando having my paperwork ready to go with the final stage with the finance department. Willie had my family and I in and out of his office within the hour. This is true customer service! This business sets the blueprint for all others!!! Everyone was so friendly and kind!! Liz was amazing. From first contact to end of sale. Explained the vehicle details well and sincerely helped me with answering all my questions. The car was ready for me and that saved time from me being at the dealership. Overall experience was amazing. Especially appreciate her taking the time to show about the aspects of the vehicle. The newer vehicles are fancy . Pricing was good and the tire and windshield protection is a great add on.
