Extremely unprofessional. I have never been sent away from a doctor's before. Came in early to do my new patient paperwork and was told it wasn't early enough and the receptionist canceled my appointment and sent me home. When I called to ask why she did that. No one could explain her behavior... Extremely unprofessional behavior from doctor Kimberly Lewis team. I will be seeing help from a much more experienced company.

Dr Youngblood is and excellent doctor. The staff, the communication, the computer system is pathetic. I am so GLAD Kelsey Seybold takes BCBS again!!!!

If I could leave -stars I would, but google doesn't make it possible. Where do I begin to describe the callous, thin, strange, and unusual experience of making an appointment at this practice? No place I start, either middle, beginning or end will cover it. Let's see-if you leave a message for scheduling you will NEVER (STRIKE *NEVER* and say MAYBE/PERHAPS/SOMETIME/POSSIBLY. SEE UPDATE BELOW) get a call back.
If you attempt to schedule online you will NEVER get an appointment. If you call scheduling between 4:30 and 5:00pm you will get either voicemail or the answering service because they NEVER answer the phone ( the scheduling staff) after 4:30pm...but they say they are open until 5:00pm.
You had better ask scheduling for any special arrangements for your visit on your own, like measures to take before it because they are not going to get to it ( like, um, if you are taking a glucose test-you better know what to do before the visit because otherwise, it just may not come up on the phone when you make your appointment-better bring it up yourself). This is all about scheduling. They seem to be...completed disconnected from the excellent medical care I get from the Doctor there.
So if you are willing to struggle to make an appointment, the Doctor is EXCELLENT. Shame this excellence doesn't reflect in the scheduling process. How could any business exist and not NOTICE how uneven the scheduling process is?
UPDATE: 6.19.19
I received a phone call this morning from scheduling. Since I've left 2 messages in the past 10 days who knows which one they were responding to, however they responded. Now it gets interesting. I figured I would make two appointments-one for this year and one for next year-since most businesses, including airlines and others have appointment calendars up to 10 months in advance. I was told that the calendar for 2020 is only available in January 2020. So...I am supposed to believe that if you call in November or December, you can only schedule to the end of that calendar year ( like until December 2019). You wouldn't be able to call December 2019 and make an appointment for January 2020 or February 2020. If this is true...how does this business survive? Is it like a race to make an appointment? How does it become like taking on another job to get an appointment with a doctor? Is this what healthcare has come to? Jockeying for position to get a appointment?

Love Dr Westbrook and Bonnie.
Since moving and I am assuming have been purchased by large health care provider the service is horrible. More than an hour wait for appointments. Staff is rude. Have tried to refill a prescription for more than a week. Absolutely no response. The waiting room is very small and dismal. Cut back on staff I guess to save the bucks.
