Abigail is such a sweetheart, she took care of my rental vehicle each time I needed her service, on short notice. The work performed was great and I'm very pleased of how my vehicle turned out. I highly recommend that anyone choose iCar as their first choice. The staff is like a big family!

I met Jesse and Abigail a wile ago to replace a mirror that was knocked off by me being to close to a wall getting on the freeway. I also fell for a scam to have a dent fixed. They put several holes in my fender in order to pull the dent out and then put bondo on and told me to give it a few weeks to set, and call them. I could never reach them. I went to ICar for the first time and Jesse was all over it and had my repair done in a few days and my truck looked like new. Now I don't use anyone but ICar for body work and car care. They are prompt and on time all the time. I have never had an issue with this company. To tell you the truth. It is like having FAMILY in the Auto Service Business, because that is how I am always treated when I go there. Thank you both for being there for me, not some of the time but all of the time.

Great service, very responsive, quick, and professional. Did a great job replacing the bumper and brackets on my truck in addition to an issue I had with my bed cover. They improvised a fix that I never thought of and they pulled through. I’m definitely recommending this place for friends and family. Shout out to Jesse, Cody, Charles, Abigale, and all the staff members for their professionalism.

I had my car window smashed while in town - I called my insurance company and they couldn't sent someone out to fix my window for another business day. I called around local shops and finally called iCar Houston as I wanted to get my window "wrapped" for any unforeseeable weather. Abigail answered and said she would be more than happy to do so at no charge. She did it within 15 minutes of our phone call and she was very friendly and professional. If I had not filed an insurance claim, I would have let iCar fix my window as she said she could've done so the same day, where other companies still needed to order the part.

Good afternoon,
I think that the number #1 factor that is most important to me and most others when having car issues is someone being honest about the assessment and repairs.
iCar took the time to explain what options were available to resolve my car issue and educated me on a variety of issues that allowed me to choose how to best resolve my questions.
We used to own Warehouse Pool Supply a family owned business which had 26 retail stores throughout the greater Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas...
.ICar reminds me of what customer's loved about us... it felt they could come in to a business where we knew your name you can talk to us about issues and you need walking out that door you felt better than you did before you came in that's what I felt like walking out the door after I car fixed my car.

They replaced the rear window on my van after someone broke into my car. Great service, super friendly, and clear communication. The first supplier sent the wrong window, but they quickly found another one that they could get it delivered and installed the same day, in time for me to leave for my trip. I highly recommend them!

I just stopped by to ask about paintless dent repair.(PDR)
The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. As a retired insurance agent, I have had a great deal of interaction with body shops. iCAR is the real deal. Since my wife and I retired to Houston, my car repair contacts were back in Central Texas.
I am glad to meet with a body shop who dealt with me honestly. Should I need paint and body car repairs,, iCAR is on the top of my list.
After my second unfortunate accident I took my SUV to ICar, and once again their service was exceptional!! Abigail took great care of me every step of the way in a timely manner. The first time they fixed my truck it looked perfect, as if it never had been hit. Great customer service, and great quality of work!
Everyone at iCAR was extremely helpful with getting my car fixed when I was involved in a 4 car accident. They even took the time out there day to help me try to figure out who was going to be at fault so I wouldn't have to pay my deductible and get a rental car, customer service is a priority of there's. The team is very friendly, they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience as a first time customer! They showed awesome customer service and the finished product was better than I expected. I plan on using them again in the near future and already give my friends their info to help with their car repairs.
