I recently relocated from New York to the Houston area and began exploring my options for auto insurance. I've been insured with State Farm since I got my driver’s license and have always had positive experiences. That said, I was surprised to learn how much higher car insurance rates can be in Houston.

Awesome company and crew! Everyone at this State Farm office is helpful, but I especially want to shout out Jessica—she really came through for me. Jessica was very sweet and helpful ! When I was buying a car and needed full coverage insurance she stayed after hours just to make sure I got the insurance I needed even when it took forever ! She called me a couple of days later to let me know my insurance rate had went down when she did not have to go out of her way to do so. If they can have someone that nice working for them and loves their job, it’s says a lot about their company. If you get the pleasure of working with her, you will not regret it !
