We have been with Jeremy Henry now for about 6 years now and have been extremely pleased. His staff is professional and attentive and quick to answer any questions we may have. They have seen us through our daughter getting her driver's license and becoming an insured driver under our policy to said daughter having her own policy and purchasing a life insurance policy for herself. His staff educated her on the importance of such a purchase and how it positively impacts her in the long term. This is the agent to have if you are seeking an honest, straightforward, and attentive agent.

While a very friendly team, they do not look out for your best interest. When we first setup our car insurance, they did not suggest or encourage us to sign up for the "drive safe and save" program that would have saved us 30%. When we wanted to add a second vehicle they did not mention the multi-vehicle discount. When we requested the "drive safe and save" for our other vehicle it took them many days to set it up. If you know what you are doing and are sure to ask them / check that they have actually implemented it then fine to work with. They are very responsive

Cut car insurance payment in half for two vehicles and also got better coverage. Agents are always quick to answer questions, play around with different quotes, anything you need they do it! Extremely happy with this office since switching to State Farm!

This agency is the not the place anyone should ever go to.
Please DO NOT trust the word of these people here at this place.
These people will tell you absolutely anything to get your business.
NEVER go off their word!! What ever you do!! Simple things such as rental car coverage. We pay $475.00 a month and they lie and tell you are covered well and you are NOT!!
They lie and tell you to be careful with leaving because other companies might not have the converge this place has,
then you find out that Jeremy Henry's office has the bottoms of the barrel coverage. PLEASE DO NOT GO OFF THE WORD OF THE TEAM HERE! They do not have the best interest the customer AT ALL!!

My partner and I moved from out of state and at first signed up with two different agents (we are not married so we did the transfers separately). Ross was AWESOME from the beginning -- getting my policies transferred seamlessly.
After experiencing a hit and run on my car and then a stolen catalytic converter on my partner's vehicle, my partner ended up switching to Jeremy's office DUE TO ROSS! The other State Farm office was just not up to par in helping him deal with the theft claim (so many run-arounds... 4+ months..). Ross immediately helped us understand what stage the claim process was in and expedited the fix with Toyota. We are sad to be moving out of the state because it means we will lose Ross' service at Jeremy Henry's office.
Jeremy, do not take Ross for granted! He is AMAZING! Thank you for a great experience in Texas!

I was with Allstate for a long time until I moved to Houston and they upped my monthly payment 30 or so dollars and told me they couldn't lower it. I talked to state farm and my rate was cut in half!
Not only is it way more affordable, the agents at this office are amazing. They've been so incredibly helpful and fast anytime I need a quick change to my policy. When looking for cars recently they made it so easy to get an insurance quote, and when I bought the car Ross was so fast in getting me a new policy card so I could leave the dealership and complete buying my car.
I really appreciate how kind and fast they are, everytime I need something they make it so easy and help me keep my premium low. I highly recommend them!!!

I freaking love this agent I actually had State Farm previously and met Jeremy through a mutual friend. I ended up loving his fun energy and family oriented office so much I ended up transferring my policy and started working for him and could not be happier! If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and charasmatic agent who will have your best interest in mind this is your guy! :)

Jeremy & his staff are absolutely amazing & attentive. Extremely knowledgeable, & if they don't know the answer, they will find out for you. Always willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I have gotten most of my family & friends to switch to Jeremy Henry State Farm & everyone has had nothing but great things to say about him & how helpful he is.
