I had the pleasure of doing business with Kaizen and they are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you the coverage you need at a price you can afford. I had a minor accident last year, so when my rates went up, I called and they were able to come through for me. They are very responsive to my texts and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
When searching Kaizen I saw the definition "a change for the better"

Every time I call regarding insurance, I call Erica. If she’s not available, I wait, and I know a lot of other customers that do the same. After realizing I’m at the point in my life where life insurance is important I did some research and came to find that having an amazing agent is just as important when handling something as such. After speaking to a few people I came across Erica and I couldn’t be anymore happier even if I tried. She was extremely knowledgeable in this area, she asked all the right questions to ensure all aspects of my life could and would be covered. She’s personable and very well-spoken which made what is actually business seem like a friend just making sure I’m well taken care of long term and most importantly she made sure my children would be taken care of.
