I had a CT Scan performed recently and Andrew, my tech, was absolutely professional from beginning to end by ensuring he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Because I was able to preregister online, there was no wait at all. I was in and out smoothly and without delay. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this Hospital.

Arrived early this morning for MRI appointment. Paperwork was handled quickly and the MRI technician, Stephanie, was soon out to take me back to prepare for the procedure. She was professional and cordial and answered all my questions. While I can't say that the MRI was enjoyable, it was painless and was, I felt done as efficiently and quickly as possible, with ample concern for the patient's experience.

I am claustrophobic and just resenting getting a MRI done. But Stephanie and her co worker, I wish I had gotten her name, made my experience so comfortable. They took their time letting me catch my breath in between tests because my doctor had ordered three. They played my favorite music through headphones for me which helped relaxed me more. My overall experience at this facility was the best from scheduling my appointment with Nikki to actual check in. I would definitely recommend here for anyone with fears or just want good customer service.

I don’t wish for anyone to be hospitalized but if need to, this is the best place to have you taken care of! Everyone, including the receptionist/registration team, the nurses & even the security, is absolutely fantastic. They are welcoming, efficient and made us feel comfortable. One thing I hear a lot is they are very happy working there and I believe that made a lot of difference to treating the patients. Special mention to RN Tara & Blair, and nurse Brenda - they were super attentive & passionate about their job!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. I went in for an abdominal CT scan and I was really impressed with the customer service I received from the minute I walked in to the moment I left. I apologize because I should have gotten the front desk lady’s name and the tech who did my CT scan because they were wonderful. I returned a week later to personally request an itemized statement and again I received amazing customer service. Because it’s a surgical hospital it was a bit pricey just for a CT scan yet it was worth the money because of the amazing customer service and my doctor called me before 5pm to give me my results. I went in at 7:30am so to have results that quick was very impressive and a first for me outside of the ER. I recommend this Surgical hospital especially if you are seeking a fast turn around with your results.

My experience was excellent. The young lady who took my information was kind and friendly. She was gracious in allowing me to take a seat. Then she picked up my paperwork and informed me of the time for my procedure. The x-ray technician was also kind. She wheeled me to the area for procedure and upon completion she took me to my car. Both young ladies wished me well in feeling better. Thanks for the excellent care.

My experience with Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital was very pleasant. I am usually very nervous about any type of MRI. The young lady who performed the MRI was excellent. She was very patient and explained every step. She made sure I was very comfortable. If I have another open MRI, this hospital will be my choice. I chose them this time because I had an open MRI in 2021 and remembered the pleasant experience at that time.

I phoned Memorial Hermann’s Customer Service for assistance in finding an Open MRI and I was told by the representative who answered my call, that Memorial Hermann doesn’t have an Open MRI any longer (pathetic customer service), and here it is at Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital at First Colony! This is definitely a hidden gem! Everything was first rate, from check in, minimal wait time, and the MRI itself. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the two Technicians who assisted made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure, and I really appreciated the headphones together with my own choice of music! The hospital itself was spotless, and there’s also a small cafe in the hospital, which my husband appreciated as he could get himself a bite to eat and a coffee. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is needing an Open MRI. You won’t be disappointed!

They called and offered me an earlier appointment. The Admisions staff were very helpful. The 2 Techs were very informative. They made sure that I was perfectly comfortable on the table. Brought 2 very warm blankets and tucked me in very comfortably. Which I greatly appreciated. I will admit this was the most comfortable MRI I have ever had.

Went there for 2 MRI's. They ask you to be there 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, which, it turns out is to give you time to fill out a huge amount of paperwork. I had completed it beforehand but was lucky to get in a bit earlier than the scheduled time. The two MRI technicians were very professional and I give them 5 stars for their performance. Everything went smoothly from my initial check-in (polite staff) until we were done and I was out of there earlier than I expected.
