I came yesterday to get bilateral lumbar epidural injections. everything was wonderful. all the people were wonderful. the only issue i had was with the anesthesiologist Dr. Barry. This was my first time getting a medical procedure done so I was nervous. He was roughly lifting my head and moving my body. He already administered the anesthesia so i was groggy and he kept asking me if i was nervous because my heart rate was going up. since my face was in the table it was hard to hear me so he roughly picked my head up and loudly asked me again “Are you nervous” and i started to tear up and say yes because i was scared. that was my only issue. everything else was great and im already starting to feel better after 24 hours.
Best experience I’ve had at a hospital. Staff were courteous and kind. Very compassionate and caring. Dr Carey was so informative. Thanks for the experience.
I had two procedures done here. The initial procedure had a hiccup with being informed of my balance due but once that was resolved, things went smoothly. The facility was clean and the staff was kind and warm.
Really good staff, very thorough care before and after procedure. The procedure was quick and simple. Only inconvenience was a very cold facility but a warm blanket was provided while waiting. Overall great service
