We worked with Michael Bhagwandin on a co-op purchase in Hudson Yards and couldn't be happier with the entire process. It felt like working with a friend.
Michael was incredibly responsive. He answered my millions of questions patiently and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He knows the NYC market, was straight with us about which buildings and units were worth pursuing, and guided us through the search, negotiation, and contract without any pressure or games.

I knew Michael Bhagwandin as my sister's friend, and when I first started looking several years ago I reached out to him to be my real estate agent to help me find a place. Working with Michael Bhagwandin was a wonderful experience. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and kind. I live in California and got his name from a realtor here who highly recommended him. It was my first time buying in New York, and I am not sure I could have done it without him.
