My family had an outstanding experience at Lexus Northside in Spring, Texas. On March 7, 2026, my wife, daughter, and I purchased three new Lexus vehicles—a TX 350 and two ES 350s—and the entire process truly lived up to the Lexus brand.

Our Sales Consultant, Needham Shotwell, who has been with the dealership for 13 years and is recognized as a Top Performer, exceeded every expectation. Two days before visiting the dealership, we researched Lexus dealerships across the Houston area and found that Lexus Northside had the best inventory and an extremely user-friendly website that allowed us to compare vehicles and send our selections directly to Mr. Shotwell.

He personally called to confirm availability, suggested an excellent replacement for one vehicle that had already sold, and even met us early at 8:30 AM to accommodate our schedule.

Mr. Shotwell was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my wife and daughter’s questions. He ensured we received excellent trade-in values and guided us through the process seamlessly.

Finance Manager Caleb Vario was equally impressive—professional, transparent, and extremely efficient.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, modern, and customer-focused. The Lexus Northside team has truly raised the bar for customer service.

Great experience at Northside! My husband and I went in looking to purchase a GX 550 in March 2025. We were connected with a great salesperson, John Makrakis. Because I wanted a specific color combination for my exterior and interior and customizations, and because inventory in general for this model was light, John informed us that we would have to wait a few months for my order. I appreciated his honesty about the wait time, which helped me make my final decision to go through with my order. The wait was indeed long, but John made sure he kept in contact with us, giving us updates and offering us alternative available options in the event that I didn't want to wait. But we hung in there, and finally in October, John informed us that my vehicle was scheduled to go into production in November, and to expect delivery in late December or early January. Because of his constant updates and communication, those last few months actually flew by, and before I knew it, my 550 was here and ready for pickup. My husband and I had even joked with him about presenting it with a bow like in the Lexus holiday commercials, and he somehow managed to present it to me with a big red bow on it!
Throughout our whole experience, John was friendly, professional, accommodating and attentive. He really listened to what we wanted and made sure in the end that we got exactly that. In fact, the entire staff at Northside was extremely welcoming and friendly, making for a great experience every time we went. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location!

Amazing car buying experience! The dealership is very elegant and the sales/finance teams were incredibly helpful and made my visit enjoyable and not stressful at all. Lance and Austin made purchasing my RX350h and absolute breeze despite all the work being done over email since I live out of the area.
